Prior to camp, the Cowboys projected starting lineman was expected to be: DLaw, Gregory at DE and Gallimore, Urban starting in the middle. All 4 are now out and might be out still for awhile. No matter the opponents they face, must waver the storm. Everyone is going to need to step up, not just the defense, but offense/special teams as well.
Jaylon was his Pip.....
Got to find a way to win some games and hope some of these players start to return,if we can hang tough couple more games we get Gallimore and our 2019 second round d-line pick...along with up and coming Hamilton and hoping our 6th round 1-tech improves as he has lately
a lot is resting on this game......are we the pretenders of Garrett past or contenders of McCarthey future?.....that is why i had to go all in on Quad Plat Guarantee...or i nothing but wish washy cowboy fan
They did beat the Chargers with almost the same group, so there is some hope. It’s a repeat of the opposite side of the ball as last year
Hopefully we handle it better
Besides DLaw(out all season except for 1 game) None of those guys are all pros or close to it. Gregory has flashed this season but he has also had a couple of duds as well. Gallimore is a jag, Osa is clearly better. We did alright against the Chargers so we need a similar game plan the next three games.
I agreeThey did beat the Chargers with almost the same group, so there is some hope.
Let's be honest, this team still isn't good enough if the offense has it's struggles. Where our defense is at it's best, when they are fresh and teams force to pass to keep up with the scoreboard.I agree
Last year we lost the oline and didn’t have the developed depth to compete
But osa and Golston have some talent and parsons can be a big factor in any game
The key will be the offense putting pressure on opponents and scoring
That makes opponents sticking to running the ball hard and run defense is our weakness
I agree this is the best Patterson has played since he has been in the league, maybe it is the position as they have him in the backfield more than I can ever remember. You forgot one very important player..a player who is having a great season for Atlanta....RB Cordarrelle Patterson....Dude will run right over the Cowboys DL.....Only chance the Cowboys have is to control the clock and score on every drive.....Atlanta will play a Bronco's style game forcing the Cowboys to beat them.
No doubtLet's be honest, this team still isn't good enough if the offense has it's struggles. Where our defense is at it's best, when they are fresh and teams force to pass to keep up with the scoreboard.
Hamilton has moved ahead of Bohanna with regards to snaps counts the last few games.Go 3-4.
O'Diggy / Bohanna / Watkins - Hamilton can rotate. Bohanna just eat up 2 blockers always and control the middle.
Parsons / Neal / LVE / Gifford - Bernard Rotates and Parsons goes side to side rushing the passer. Neal from the middle at times. Donovan Wilson from the safety position and Lewis on a CB blitz once or twice. Has to come from all levels on passing downs.
I would putt Diggs on Pitts man to man all game and and let Brown, Lewis and Joseph work their WR's in zone with some deep safety help since Wilson is going to have to be an enforcer at times.
Defense needs to surprise ATL first quarter and hopefully half with the scheme and offense needs to be consistent scoring and holding the ball throughout the game. Absolutely no turnovers.
ST's get some decent returns and field position throughout the game. They've been creating things throughout the weeks but can't expect mulligans every game.
Parsons is better at any position that he plays that anybody else at that position on the Cowboys roster. Can't afford to have Parsons playing DE on run downs.

where anae? id like to see kamara but imagine anae is first upDE: Basham, Armstrong, Golston n Kamara
DT: Osa, Bohanna, Watkins n Hamilton
Starting:
RE - Armstrong
LE - Basham
DT - Odigizuwa
NT - Watkins
Can't afford to have Parsons playing DE on run downs.
just have to suck it up play with extra energy and more rotations and we will have them all back before the big games..just weather the storm win uglyPrior to camp, the Cowboys projected starting lineman was expected to be: DLaw, Gregory at DE and Gallimore, Urban starting in the middle. Couldn't agree more, offense has to step up and carry this team for the next few weeks. They are pretty much fully healthy now with just Tyron out. However, not hard to cover up 1 hole on the OL as it is multiple like last season.just have to suck it up play with extra energy and more rotations and we will have them all back before the big games..just weather the storm win ugly
its time the offense earns it 70% of the cap all the superstars and big deals are over there..i mean i thought they were and easy 40 to many here with dak but laid and egg a real goose egg last week..
time for that side to out up or shut up go get those unstoppable 40s..gallups back outside of TS we have all our starters ready..its a loaded offense its on Moore to make it work and dak to lead us..if they cant and this turns into 2019 backstretch..well here comes the renewed narratives all over again.,
Moore and Dak will be judged harshly if they cant get this explosive offense relit,
want to be elite, show it!
I hear you, I'd play Anae. It would be interesting if they call up Anae to leapfrog Kamara who has been on the 53. They may view Kamara as a redshirt.where anae? id like to see kamara but imagine anae is first up
