Bidi-bidi-bidi... Hey Wilma... you got a nice..............er, smile :D

Yeah that was one of my fav shows LOL

I liked it as a kid as well.

But it seemed like many shows back then had to have that kid connection and comedy type deal. With the new one you don't get that and it is kind of nice. Some shows do a good job of incorporating the comedy role into it, like paulie on the sopranos, others did not when they tried to dumb it down to appeal to little kids in order to sell some toys.

The new BSG paid homage to the old show in one or two episodes with the kid and the dagget with a couple of cameo appearances and that was way more than plenty. I always hated that part of the old show.

I always found it odd that a robot (Twikky) would make sex-related comments to a human. But, Buck Rogers was never one of my favorites. I did like Space: 1999.

I've been thinking Lampkin as well. But, would it be too "obvious"? If it is to be one of the listed characters, he's my bet. But, I think it will be a surprise and the final cylon will be a new character.
I still think it's a character who's hiding in plain sight, but you could be right.

Just like a soap opera no one really dies for good and all sorts of totally illogical and impossible things happen.
Hey Burm! Ya think Cally's coming back from her spacewalk without a spacesuit episode? :laugh2:

Have not bothered to watch but feel sad that Callie bit the big one. OR DID SHE?
This would be the final evidence of a Space Soap Opera if she is not dead for good.

Yeah, that was the part of the Old BSG that I despised- that stupid kid and robot dog. VOMITUS.

Well, they did show a close-up of her exposed to the vacuum of space. Her eyes were bludging out and her head was practically twice it's normal size. She was a minor character, Burm. The show's creators have killed off many characters like her since the pilot episode. She's a goner.

Well I think BSG has been ALOT better this season, if Kara is not the last model I am going with Laura Roslin.

Disagree. This has been the worst season so far.

Last episode took 45 minutes to have Callie find out about the Cylons/humans (which would have been interesting in the future) then they promptly kill her off.

45 minutes to have someone find out the truth, then she dies. So it meant nothing. Still, no one knows.

That's sloppy, crappy writing.

I'm a little bummed about Callie's death. The simplicity of her character provided a much needed contrast to the brooding seriousness of almost every other character.

And she was hot...in that trailer park kind of way.;)

Well, look what the cat dragged in. Snapped this photo at the end of tonight's BG during the preview for the next episode:

I'm still probably wrong, but... :D

Sometimes its the minor charactors that really make a show. Callie I thought was one of them. Its a bad sign when they are tossed on the garbage heap like they meant nothing.

I felt the same way about Racetrack and I didn't like it very much when the writers killed him off on Kobol. And that's AFTER he landed the Raptor with the broken windshield.

There are about four or five different commercials floating around questioning who is the final Cylon, but there is only one which includes Romo Lampkin as one of the possible candidates.

Coincidence? Maybe :D
