From a purely pyschological standpoint, I think I prefer Atlanta winning this game. If they come into the game against us at 3-2, they may feel like their back is against the wall. At 4-1, they may feel entitled a bit and not come out as sharp.

I feel the same way. This whole week will now be about how great the falcons are and we should be underdogs.

by the way I think atlanta is the better team also, I think we can set ourselves up to be right back in it this season with a win sunday and almost flush it all away with a loss.

I dont know how we stop that offense.

was just looking at my fantasy league and came across this interesting tidbit....

#

New player notes Sun, Oct 18

The Ravens contacted the Bills about trading for Owens, but the Bills expressed that they're not interested in trading him, Fox's Jay Glazer reports.

Recommendation: This is just more of the speculation that arises when the team is playing so badly, but it doesn't appear that a trade is imminent.
(Rotowire.com)

why would the bills not want to trade him. He has done absolutely nothing and his best years are way behind him. Not like their going to make a playoff run or anything.

Is it just me or does Jay Cutler look depressed after every play?

He has a very severe case of dumbface.

That and you combine it with the fact that he's always got his head down wherever he walks.

The end of that game loks like something we would do. Penalties, penalties, penalties

NBC needs to stop promoting this profootballtalk garbage. That site and that guy that runs it are awful.

He justs reposts actual newspaper writers stuff on his site and he has somehow turned that into himself being an insider. WHen you listen to him or read his stuff he comes off as a complete moron.

I cant believe nbc is affiliated with that guy in any way. PFT is pretty sorry.

I dont know how they'll stop ours. Unless Romo just throws the game away. The Bears had people wide open all over the place against them, and our OL is alot better than the Bears too.

+1

Turner is averaging 3.5 per carry.

Atlanta is allowing 4.7 per carry, or basically only better than one winless team (Tampa Bay) and Carolina that's on our schedule. They caught San Fran without Frank Gore. Roddy White had a great game against the same cornerback that Ogletree burned all over the field in preseason, and the only CB to allow TO more than 100 yards a game all last season.

I think, all in all, Dallas matches up very favorably against Atlanta. I'm going to love seeing a screen or flare against Atlanta's blitz go for 40+ about twice or three times next Sunday.
