Yeah and it took him three teams and several years to get out of bust phase.

Thomas is a good back no doubt, but it took years for him to get to where he is now. I'd hate to watch Julius flourish with another team because we weren't patient with his progress.

Talk all you want about vanilla schemes and how conservative offenses don't work in today's NFL, the team that pushes the other team off the line of scrimmage and holds onto the football wins a vast majority of the time.
