They have a lot of talent to build from, and Caleb Williams improved over the season.

Not convinced he'll be the real deal, but he's already better than ours.

They don't have talent. Stop. They are the Bears. A cheap organization ran by some clowns including the guy, Kevin Warren, who almost ruined the Big 10.

Williams is what he is and will always be. A sloppy, show boat QB who improvises too much and makes constant boneheaded mistakes.

Jerry Jones said in his comments yesterday that he wants a coach that wants to be here. If Jerry gives him permission and Mike takes the interview, that could make Jerry assume he doesnt want to be here and move on from him.

Chicago is interviewing a ton of candidates so the chances may be slim he gets that job. No they have a lack of talent issue. Horrible offensive line, terrible defense, no running game, inconsistent QB. No matter who the coach is that isn't going to get fixed.

I think Mike is 60….think he’s passed taking jobs because they are easy pay days. He’s made enough money to be able to be somewhere he actually enjoys.
