NFC North:
2-1

NFC West:
5-3

NFC South:
3-0

AFC North:
6-1

(Records of NFC East vs other divisions we've played games against)

Your defense finally came back to life today and our whole division represented well. The NFC Beast is back and even teams that have beaten us (Rams, Cleveland, Arizona) have proven they can win and be competitive with anyone in recent weeks. I think you can beat the Giants if your defense shows up, get some turnovers, and the Giants overestimate themselves thinking they will definitely beat you at home without Romo playing. It should be a good game either way and fun to watch.

get real we are screwed and you know it. we are not beating the giants. manning is going to tear this defense apart and not to mention jacobs running all over us. i hate to sound negative but that is my feelings.

Sorry but I don't see all this happening. The Giants may win but they won't dominate us like you just described...

i think our team will be focused against the G men.....theyve wanted this game since ...well ...ya know...

the D will not let BJ run wild...especially after he runs his mouth sometime this week..........

and Eli...hasnt looked all to impressive the last 3 weeks......in fact hes looked very ordinary...........

I predict if we can score 14 we win....

"fun" to watch...yeah...I don't think so.

The defense will be needed more than ever. I have visions of Zach Thomas being drug by Jacobs all the way down the field.

I frickin hate all you guys who say we are going to get blown out every single game. I dont care what everyone says, you guys are not real fans of the Dallas Cowboys.

Real fans, are optimistic 100% of the time and NEVER expect to get blown out.

It's going to be great not watching Roy (Bambi) getting owned/pwned/*****slapped by Shockey. Maybe this is will cause the game to tip in our favor.........

Brad, you have to hit some of our open WRs, PLEASE. Make this game a dogfight.

Agree with the first part, but I think real fans should also have a healthy level of skepticism about their team.

I wonder what the Steelers think of the NFC East. The Eagles and Giants were very Phyiscal with them.

only way we beat the gspots is if we get ahead, then that puts the ball on Eli Manning's shoulders, and he's only as good as the offense, meaning he can't pull a win out of his *** because he'll find a way to screw it up if he's asked to carry the offense

he's that dumb

Funny, outside of Crazy *** Cowboy, I haven't seen one fan say anything remotely like that. I have, however, seen a plethora of 'real fans' that say that we have 'zero' chance of winning. Regularly.

The 'real fan' discussion is heavily lopsided. The absolutists are always on the same side....the wrong one.

I'll give you a classic example of fans who I have no time for:

Toronto Maple Leafs fans. Year after pitiful year, they sell out the Air Canada Centre (presumably because they are 'real fans' who think the Leafs will go all the way.)

What message does this send to the Leafs inept management? It tells them that mediocrity is ok as there is no pressure to take the drastic steps needed to improve (of course the T.O. media provides plenty of pressure, but nothing beats empty seats or heavy booing when it comes to letting management know how you really feel.)

I was as passionate about the Cowboys in 1989 as I've ever been. I got behind James Dixon, Paul Palmer and the rest of the scrubs we fielded. But I didn't kid myself by thinking that they would go all the way. I was realistic, as I've always been with the Boys. But that didn't make me any less passionate.
