The Cowboys over the last few seasons lose this game but if this team wants to shut up the naysayers then they come to SF and punch them in the month. Win this game and everybody forgets about the Detroit beat down and we can start talking about how this team have finally overcome their nemesis and how this team might be different. A loss here would be same ol Cowboys and wouldn’t bode well for the remainder of the season. A win here and this team might start making noise in the nfc!!!

I truly do not understand how people even have the remote impression that this team is still competitive for a title. Not only did the window close last year, but now you having this lagging situation where significant superstars are declining rapidly and approaching retirement. Martin is average and approaching bad. Dlaw same. Hooker same. Kendricks same. Cooks same. Zeke same (for years) And frankly Dak is looking that way.

All your money is tied up in underperforming players that are aging out at a rate you can’t replenish through the draft, and you have no money for FA. The time to blow it up was this offseason. They should’ve traded Martin, DLaw and anyone else for picks and blew it up. And they should be made Dak play out the season to earn a new contract, which he isn’t right now. At this point, you are so bad in your financials and team composition that you might as well trade Paraons because by the time this team gets another window he will be beaten up and on the wrong side of 30.

Just the premise that this team is gonna ‘show everyone’ is insanity. This team is historically bad, and they’ve played an awful Browns and Giants team, and caught the Steelers sleeping. I think this is a 7 win team, and it gets worse from here for years.

The 49ers already lost to a completely depleted Rams team, as well as to the Cards.
