That is a fascinating video. It makes me wonder if all the top voices in that room feel completely comfortable to disagree with JJ and SJ and/or voice any kind of dissent on big decisions.

Good leaders always surround themselves with smart people who are willing to speak the the absolute truth to them if if it’s something they may not want to hear. Bad leaders surround themselves with sycophants and “yes men” whose primary motivation is keeping the boss happy.

That video obviously doesn’t give us the whole story. But it certainly does make clear who’s in charge.
