Hostile;3044225 said:Yeah because a guy like Bill Belichick wouldn't know better than you.
Instead of us getting back to you, why don't you get back to us when you actually learn something?

Patriot Lifer;3044464 said:Minor Correction: BB shells out tons of compliments to lots of players, whether on his team or others (I've seen tons of press conferences and heard plenty of radio appearances) (and it's always a good idea to especially come free agency for those players). That said, for him to compare a player to LT is pretty darn lofty. He thinks and will always think the highest of that hall of fame LB. The rarity isn't so much him making a compliment, but comparing an active player to his former precious, who he thinks the utmost of.

BAT;3044466 said:Former "precious"? Yikes, shades of Gollum there man. Not loving your coach too much these days or just tired of his man-love for former Giants?

Patriot Lifer;3044492 said:nah, i'm jus bein' playful. But I guess when I say "precious," i'm referring to how he looooves to go on lengthy tangents about various subjects NFL-related. He really likes talking a lot of football history during his press conferences. if any reporter mentions certain key words, he'll go off on a lecture about some element of the game and how it's shaped the NFL over the past decades. Like if you mention Paul Brown, he could probably talk for hours on end. Same with certain players (i.e. LT). So when I say precious, i'm referring to a topic/player he enjoys talking about. Does that make sense? meh
