The average age for NFL head coaches is under 50 years old. I think it's time for him to ride off into the sunset

Belichick is way too old and over the hill....That's why he didn't get a HC job. Probably be a sportscaster or analyst next season..

Why wait? If it is going to happen, now is the time. If it’s not this year then I don’t think it will happen. And no, he will not take our DC position.

I don't know if the NFL isn't interested in Belichick, or Belichick isn't interested in the NFL. Or at least not in any of the jobs available.

No thanks, I’ll pass.

Also Bill turns 73 in April, so he’d be 74 for the ‘25 season.

But at least no one would have to worry about giving him an extra extension. Biggest worry would be him making it through a 4-5 yr contract.

You can pretend they have a shot this year but they don't. This is happening.

He'll be like 73 but compared to the owner he's just a snot nosed kid.

Fat Mike to Little Bill. Go and tell the others.
I'd rather DC move on and bring Vrabel in. Change the culture.

@Risen Star

Belichick could be ‘your’ head coach in 2025

Yes, Belichick could replace Siriani in 2025 and be ‘your’ Eagles head coach :)

Have you seen him talk to the press? Dude isn't all that happy being social. He doesn't have the personality for sportscasting. His football knowledge is one of the best, but if he doesn't retire, I seem him wanting to GM if he doesn't want to coach. My bet is he'll retire if the ideal situation and right pay doesn't pop up.

What kind of interview questions are they even asking Bellichek.
That is exactly what I have been asking.

Especially the Falcons. Bill: you remember when you lost a SB after being up 28-3? Did you ever figure out how I did it?

If the Cowboys don't play well in 2024, and things don't look positive, what would be Bill's incentive to come to the Cowboys over other teams?
What’s his incentive to go to Atlanta ? They’re far worse than anything we will be next year. Your comment holds no weight

Exactly how I said it, sit out for a year, then become our coach
