let me first say I’m rooting hard for MM to get us where we want to go. the media has been trying hard to paint a narrative if we lose to GB, or even the divisional round, JJ should fire MM.

if that were to happen would you want BB or Saban?
NFL win-loss record
Saban 15-17

Belichick 333-178 (31-13 playoffs).

Neither...why would you want a coach who needs to retire? Second, McCarthy isn't going anywhere. McCarthy getting fired at this time is a pure BSPN fantasy.

Couldn't help but notice the three (ultra- successful) septuagenarian coaches all exited their profession during the first half of last week.
Carroll 72, Saban 72, Belichick 71.

I'll play your game.
If we fail today and Jerry fires Mike McCarthy then we should go heavy on Bill Belichick.
We have a solid defense that could use some tweaks and our offense is set for the most part.
The game hasn't passed Bill Belichick bye, he just had a bad team. No different then Tom Landry who Bill Belichick idolized.
With this current team under Belichick all those stupid penalties and idiotic mistakes would go away.
Besides, he would only coach 2-3 more years until he can break the great Don Shula's record of career wins.
Bill Belichick, with 333 career wins (including playoffs), leaves him just 15 wins shy of breaking Don Shula's all-time head coaching record of 347 wins.

So yeah, I would definitely hire Bill Belichick if Mike McCarthy gets fired.

i agree with you, and i’m not saying you’re wrong, i really don’t think BB would want to work with JJ and Stephen, for several reasons, on the other hand i think Saban would if he really wants to coach again, but i haven’t seen or read anything about that at all.

Neither. Look at what the Texans did hiring young, experienced, and talented and got the rewards for doing it.

It's not happening. They are likely to win today and the next game as well.

What I would not mind is…BB with McCarty if Quinn leaves. Both look after their side of the ball and play calling.

Bill runs the clock and decision making.

I’m not sure Bill would come to Dallas. Forget about Saban, it’s clear he is good in college because of recruiting. I would want Bill to come in and do what Parcells did, trade down then make some good draft picks. I think Dallas would keep the pass happy OC style and Bill would call defense. So I see Bill drafting LBs and pass rushers. The only thing is, Dallas needs to fix the OL with 2 years of drafting. Also Dallas needs another stud RB. I would like Bill for game management and all around preparing the team. I just don’t know if he would stick his neck out and try to get Dallas to a superbowl when no one’s been able to do it in 30 years. If he’s up for a challenge, Dallas is it. He could also ride into the sunset and be on TV. I’m not sure which one I’d pick, I might call it quits and go fishing but that will get old after a year or 2

Give me Harbaugh. I heard he's interviewing with the Chargers this week.

Saben isn’t coaching
