I find this interesting b/c 1. he works for the Cowboys flagship station and 2. he and Skin Wade are Romo's closest confidants in the DFW media. Ben and Romo are good friends and I'm sure he hasn't given Garrett a cosign behind closed doors.

Let's all keep up the pressure. Maybe Jerrah will get the message eventually if it hurts his bottom line.

I for one am not wasting my time on the Thanksgiving game. I've had enough of the Clappy Clown Show.

Maybe Romo with some behind the scenes manuvering. I'm sure that comment he made during the Chief's game was just the tip of the iceberg. IMO it was Romo's way of saying " Hey just so you were aware, when I was QB1 I didn't get a lot of X and O's help"

It's awesome....please happen.

However as I heard in the Ticket today he still has 3 years remaining which means writing him a $15 million check.....which should be no biggie considering he's cut players who he owed more. But we know Jerry....:(

For Jerry it's not really about money it's about prestige he can't stand being the laughing stock of the NFL and he's on his way there now.
Much like having to hire BP after the Campo years it'll be time to hire a name coach and turn things over for at least a couple seasons with the talent on this team a couple seasons will get us to the Superbowl so I hope Jerry gets embarrassed as hell the rest of the way out.
There's no excuse for losing in the second half of games other than being out-coached Jerry knows that so he can't make excuses for Garrett

I'm thinking if it's a close game on Thursday look for Jerry to pop down to the sidelines and start doing a little coaching behind the scenes LOL

I’m telling you, all it takes is for one team owner during all this billionaire drama to remind JJ he hasn’t won anything in 22 years and he might get mad enough to do something drastic, or not....Maybe JJ would just direct said owner to Forbes magazine....

is this not year three of his 5 year contract he signed in January 2015? Technically, come January, he will have 2 years left.

Romo blasted Garrett publicly like you just said, but in a very nice way. All the teams with winning records that we played... they get significantly better in the second half. We don't. That's called adjustments and our coaching staff hasn't been doing that all that well. Romo said Garrett isn't an X and O's type of guy. He's more of a motivational type of guy. In other words, he isn't bringing a scheme to the table that is helping the players to succeed. Therefore if we aren't out talenting our opposition, we lose. If that's the case, all that happens to cause us to go back to 8 and 8 mode is a couple of key injuries on the team.

Romo knows Garrett is a fraud. Would love to just hear him speak off the record about the Cowboys, especially now that he works in the media and sees how great teams like the Patriots operate. When he meets with Brady and Belichick during the week before doing their game, it's probably like the difference between middle school football and the NFL when comparing it to the Cowboys.
