Pretty sure Witten retired because of Garrett, Linehan, and Dak. He may miss the Cowboys or playing, but he does not miss the offense.

I don't think you have any evidence for those comments.

That said, I'd be very surprised to see Witten play again.

Witten retired because a cupcake job became available that is hard to get.

I doubt it had much to do with our coaching but it was clear to me on MNF he isn't a big fan of how we run our offense.

I really don't care either way but if he is in shape and we were going to the playoffs and Jerry wanted him - why would you not? There is nothing holding him back. It could be 2 games or so but why wouldn't Jerry do it?
