Bottom line is this team SUCKS at the cap and at contracts and now they are in so much of a bind it will be hard to field a competing team.

Easy decision…Cincy is an ascending team and franchise. Dallas is the opposite.

The Bengals finished last in their division and the Cowboys won their division.
