No, don't even think about bringing him to Dallas.

The Bengals today waived WR Chris Henry.

Bengals president Mike Brown issued the following statement:

"Chris Henry has forfeited his opportunity to pursue a career with the Bengals. His conduct can no longer be tolerated.

"The Bengals tried for an extended period of time to support Chris and his potentially bright career. We had hoped to guide him toward an appropriate standard of personal responsibility that this community would support and that would allow him to play in the NFL. We acknowledge those fans who had concerns about Chris; at the same time we tried to help a young man.

"But those efforts end today, as we move on with what is best for our team."

Come on he deserves another chance.

Get 'er done Jerrah!

... and send the Bengals a 3rd rounder while you're at it.

Henry brought this on himself. He needs to grow up and make better decisions. Not sure if the allegations are true or not but his history is what caused his release. The Commish will be handing out another suspension soon. Probably of the indefinite variety a la Vick and Pacman.

This doesn't help Chad Johnson's plight to leave at all because now they are thin at WR and will in NO WAY trade him.

He has lots of talent...

And we need a WR...

And we have Calvin Hill...

And look how T.O. turned out!

You do know I'm kidding, right?

LOL!
I was gonna reply till I saw the white note!

Good one Lab! :lmao2:

He's not playing for anybody anytime soon.

Maybe never.

Congratulations kid.

You just flushed your career away.

Hopefully, his example will be more encouragement for Pacman to 'fly straight' from now on.

Just add, "It's low risk, high reward"

He is going to be suspended for a year or more by Roger Draco oops i mean Roger Gooddell. There arent going to be any rumors until after he is about to be reinstated.

Pacman has a pretty long list of his own. I doubt he learns much from anyone.

Is it Draconian when this guy just keeps on screwing up?

Good for them. Send the message.

Yeah... but thing is... the Bengals dont have that "message sending" thing figured out. They should have been sending message 3-4 years ago.

I was wondering who would release him first. The Bengals or the county jail................
