I don't think he should be suspended just yet. I think we need to get all the facts straightend out before we make a quick decision. I know his track record and everything however is the charges are dropped then it shouldn't be an issue. Just because someone reported something doesn't mean thats the way it went down. I almost had the cops called on me a couple of weeks ago because this girls was going to say i stole her ID card. Whenever a trouble players and it's something like this i always thing the person filling the complaint wants money. So just wait and see and don't be so quick to judge some one of their past actions.

Ok, here's what really happened.

Henry was trying to open his beer but couldn't. The 18 year old offered to do it, grasped the beer, and also struggled with it mightily. Henry, seeing as how he could help hold the bottle while the younger kid twists the top, reaches forward, slips a little bit on some black ice and knocks the guy in the face. Bottle soars through the sky and smashes the guy's window.
