He was a great actor who totally immersed himself in his roles. This one and Scarface are my favorites of his.

The one where he played a Chinese farmer is pretty good one too.

can’t make a movie like that or Charlie Chan these days using those type of actors.

While it is not a movie, Oz served to keep me on the path of doing anything I could to stay out of prison.

yeh ,... if it were about both movie and TV series .. no doubt HBO's OZ would be undisputed leader as regards to TV series in Prison ,..and that includes Prison Break.

I think TCM shows that movie 10 times a year. There's so many good films they neglect to show

I don't watch TCM much anymore. There's only a couple of their hosts I can listen to. Most the neglected movies, I have on DVD.

Blood In Blood Out, South Central, and Shot Caller more recently. I actually re-watched Blood In Blood Out on Youtube recently. It can be a bit cheesy for modern day, but forgot just how much was taken from that movie for every "realistic" prison movie since.

A so bad it's good prison movie is "Undisputed" with Wesley Snipes and Ving Rhames playing a mock Mike Tyson. Weak plot but great action sequences.
