Jason Witten and Marty B is probably the most talent that's ever been in a Cowboys TE room. It never worked out for Bennett in Dallas, but you don't play 10 NFL seasons by accident.

As far as our current crew, KM seems most comfortable calling plays out of 12 personnel, and I couldn't tell you why.

No surprise we play so often with multiple TE formations.

Our TE unit has more playmakers overall than the WRs and we need that blocking help to support our two-headed running attack.

Ferguson put on another move in the open field.
And got a kick out of the “Wack-A_Mole” TD celebration with all 4!

I don’t know if the team can afford Schultz next year with this much depth, but I enjoy watching these fellas play every week and think we need to make even more plays for them.

Yes after the draft I was stating the luxury of drafting both Ferguson and hendershot was fantastic two really good options from college. I'm good with Schultz just don't see us paying him 10 mil a year

I wrote this on 9/5/22:
Ferguson is a smart, tough gem, without great 40 speed. Hard-nosed, intelligent, schooled in the way Wisconsin teaches its players. Wisconsin players always seem to be better in the Pros. Fergy has great hands. He will give the Boys a really good one-two punch, much better than last year. I am sure Fergy is getting a lot of snaps to line up outside the LT for extra help. Watch for him to block the opposing team's RDE, then slip into the left flat or cross the field underneth all the coverage.

Fergy comes NFL ready as a rookie which is a lot more than can say about other young players.

Today, 11/24: Fergy was a steal in the 4th round

I don't know about best but the deepest I can remember. We had teams going 3 deep but I can't recall any with 4.

Shout out to Jake Ferguson.

Guy hobbles off the field twice only to come back and do a Jay Novacek-like hurdle. On Thanksgiving too, just like Jay in 1995.

Cowboys fans in my age group remember.
I have an autographed picture of it.

I love how Ferguson and Hendershot block. They are running 49er plays if you look closely
At our best, we are 49ers south. Point guard QB, weapons galore, strong defense, and a motion/multiple offensive scheme. If Moore can be 80% of Shanahan we are going to be tough to beat. Two similarly built teams but we are a bit more pass happy due to having a better QB.

Its funny how we have so many better offensive minds than kellen moore on this forum. But none of us are getting paid by Jerry Jones.

Ferg and Hendershot will be the reason we can let Dalton walk next year.

So true!! Wow, great catch man how I appreciate that perspective of memory. Jake Ferguson etched his name in Cowboys Thanksgiving history with that play, circa Jason Garret in 1995 (?).

Go Cowboys!!

Don't know if it's our best TE group, might be, but no one has more fun. Love these guys.
