The Big Ten always has very good TEs that can block, play hard and make plays wihout being the flashy guys.

McKeon, Ferguson and Hendershot come from Michigan, Wisconsin and Indiana.

Love this group. They do the dirty work for Schultz so he can shine with his receiving skills and now they also start to get TDs and make plays. Love it.

No surprise we play so often with multiple TE formations.

Our TE unit has more playmakers overall than the WRs and we need that blocking help to support our two-headed running attack.

Ferguson put on another move in the open field.
And got a kick out of the “Wack-A_Mole” TD celebration with all 4!

I don’t know if the team can afford Schultz next year with this much depth, but I enjoy watching these fellas play every week and think we need to make even more plays for them.
They have quietly gelled into a solid unit.

It is a solid group but nowhere near the best in our history

All Witten led TE corps were as good if not better.

Cowboys 2003-2005 team had both Witten and Dan Campbell.

In 2008-2011 Cowboys had both Witten and Martellus Bennett.

In 2019 Cowboys TE corps consisted of Witten, Jarwin, Schultz and McKeon.

Jason Witten and Marty B is probably the most talent that's ever been in a Cowboys TE room. It never worked out for Bennett in Dallas, but you don't play 10 NFL seasons by accident.

As far as our current crew, KM seems most comfortable calling plays out of 12 personnel, and I couldn't tell you why.

Agreed.

Pettis Norman-Mike Ditka-Rayfield Wright was pretty nasty TE group too.

And Jackie Smith-Billy Joe Dupree-Jay Saldi-Doug Cosbie was pretty sweet group as well.

Like Always this Te core shines against our Division rivals. Esp the Giants.

But they fold like a cheap suit when they play a bonifide contender outside our division.

Its easy to get on the te core bandwagon and our style of offense when we're going up against the jaylon smiths in our division

But 4 weeks ago this te core was on pace to score 4-5 tds all year playing a million passing snaps lol

They'll have another scoreless streak again before the seasons over

Only 1 playoff TD in 20 years so don't get too overhyped on this mediocre te core just yet. They aren't that good when it matters Js

Bring on OBJ and more 10 and 11 personnel Please

We have the talent KM needs to do better calling plays. Not sure why this team is looking at OBJ.

This group is good, but I wouldn't take it over having Billy Joe DuPree, Doug Cosbie and Jay Saldi on the team at the same time.

His scouting report suggested a marginal athlete. Guy looks way more than that.

You guys need to watch more film on our players.

It's all over youtube. There are guys who just cut up tape on individual players. You just have to find it.

Schultz is gone. He doesn’t offer enough to warrant his contract over the rookie salaries the team pays the others.

Shoulda taken the contract. Would have been better in the long run. Have fun in Jacksonville or Detroit next year.
