Best team in the NFC?

We have a tough 2nd half to our schedule coming up. We have the ENTIRE NFC East in their backyard.

Giants and Cowboys will go neck and neck to the end. Washington is no slouch either. They got shallacked, but don't count them out. Same with Philly. We have the potential to WIN and LOSE all three of those games.

Denver, KC, and Carolina aren't jokes either ... there are three more potential losses.

We need to crank it up in the 2nd half of this season ... one misstep, and we go from playoff contender to last place in the division.

After seeing most of the top teams in the NFC play I think Dallas ranks right up there with the top team in the conference. Even better for the Cowboys is how many young players are contributing to the team that will only get better as they gain more experience through out the season.

Our defense has proven that they are one of the top defenses in the league....if not THE top.

Believe it or not, this is hard for me to say, as much as I want us to have the #1 defense. The Bears have the best D in the NFL.

I believe it, the Bears suffer from no offense but they have a quality defense and have shown that week in and week out

The bears have not yet run up against a really good O- untill then I reserve judgement on how good their D is. And with the O not all that great, it will wear down.

I think we underestimate our team. Trying not be homers. But I think there is a strong chance we are the best team in the nfl. We all hope we can go 5-3 or 6-2... but why should we even THINK any team has beaten us this year?

We're 5-3, and no team has BEATEN us. We're just as easily 8-0.

I don't think there is a question that we're the class of the NFC East.

The eagles are all nostalgia, and people not wanting to underestimate what they can do. But their stock is falling quickly. And we owned both the Giants and the Commanders.

Tampa Bay's stock is falling quickly too.

And Carolina, quite frankly isn't as good as advertised.

And the Falcons are a one dimensional team, who won't be beating good teams this year. Who did they beat this year? Philly by 4 points? Thats it... Then they lose to Seattle (despite the fact that we owned them all day), and New England (who isn't last years new england).

The Falcons are barely beating teams that aren't even good.

Our biggest game for the rest of the year is against Kansas City or Denver. But Kansas City is another team who has yet to beat GOOD teams. Denver hasn't owned any good teams either. They squeaked by San Diego, beat jackonsville by 13 (and the jags are only decent), their biggest win this year is against philly, and im convinced they aren't that good.

Forgetting Seattle. We owned them, but the bottom line is we lost the game and they have a much easier division to contend with. Yes, there's the annual Matt Hasselbeck meltdown that hasn't happened yet, but the Seahawks are now a major factor.
