Best WR tandem in NFL

wow i am such a cowboys homer, and I still know for a fact their are definately 3 teams in the NFL with better WR's than us... Indy, Oakland, and Arizona. I can't believe the results of this poll
No question ........ Owens make us better at QB, Glenn ,Witten ,and Crayton ,Tandam Spamdam They are as good as any ...The Answer...Bill signed off on it ...

Again.....

If this thread was who is the best Guard tandem in the NFL and the Vikings had just traded for Alan Faneca I doubt people would say, "Well Alan and Hutch haven't played together so they can't be considered".

Talent and production is talent and production.

Switch T.O. and Glenn into the Colts O last year and they would have been in the SB last year.

Yeah I said it........ why? Because they aren't SOFT like that whole freaking team.

*Ducks*

I know what ppl will say... O line struggled.... don't care...

The Cards duo. With their new qb that's something to seriously watch for the next 5-10 years. As far as our guys, TO, is the best on that list of all receivers, imo, but Glenn doesn't even register. Especially when you consider our TE is our #2 goto guy, and heck, our backup TE might even fall into our #3 goto guy before this season is done and finished. Glenn registers, how? Don't forget Crayton. Fact in point, we are in serious need of ushering in Crayton, soon rather then later, to replace one of the old guys. Now how many people seriously believe TO will be the one pushed to the side if he behaves well? If Glenn isn't injured by midseason, he'll be stomping around and pouting because he's not getting enough balls thrown his way. This equates to a top notch receiver, how? TO and then all of those other guys, then Glenn, equates to a top notch wr duo, how?

:lmao:

I do love the rose-colored glass, though.

Harrison and Wayne, and it isnt close

Correct - they have produced big numbers for a few years in a row.
No other two can say that.

Bruce and Holt haven't produced?

I'm sorry man but they're not only productive, but they're totally professional, they make clutch catches, they know the position inside and out. Yea Bruce is on the downside of his career...but so are Glenn, TO, and Key.

The Vintage thinks its Harrison and Wayne. Harrison and Wayne have produced at high levels for years. Glenn had a great season last year; but it is the exception, not the norm for Glenn.

The Vintage also thinks highly of Boldin and Fitzgerald, who think they have a more than reasonable chance at claiming the top spot this year. That is what The Vintage thinks.

It's a two-horse race:
Cardinals and Colts.

I would give the edge to the Cardinals. Both of those guys could be #1s and get 1500 and 12 if they were separated. Reggie Wayne is not that type of talent.

I agree but I voted for Indy because AZ doesn't have a qb but once Lienart settles in they will be even tougher.

Warner, if healthy, will do very well this season. Big if, though.

I voted for the Cardinal receivers because they are young, incredibly talented, and have accomplished a great deal without a legit QB down there.

I'm reserving judgment on Owens and Glenn...if they produce together as good as they look on paper, then they would get my vote hands down, but they haven't done anything as a tandem yet.

Warner is done. He's just keeping the seat warm until Lienart is ready.

Same reasons they got my vote. Put them in Indy and with their size, that system and that QB and these guys would kill DBs.

And how often are 4 WR's on the field?

4 WR sets are getting less popular in the NFL, but here are some answers.

Rams with Holt, Bruce, Curtis, and McDonald would get some votes.

Colts with Harrison, Wayne, Stokley and a warm body will get some.

Lions with R. Williams, M. Williams, Rogers, and Tai Streets could get some if Martz comes through and teaches them.

Cardinals with Fitz, Boldin, Johnson, and Watkins could get some votes.

Bengals with Johnson, Houshmanzadeh, Henry, and Sam are dangerous.

Raiders with Moss, Porter, Curry and Gabriel isn't bad.

I'm probably missing a couple and I didn't even throw any TE's out there who are dangerous like Gonzalez, Clark, etc.

Patten will not be released just because Pasquarelli unbasingly predicts it. The Skins more than any team in the league understand the importance of WR depth after the end of last season.
