Zeke usually started strong then faded that's how it is. He worries nobody now. Placing the tag on Pollard was the smartest thing Jones did. Get him for one more year then dump him
Zeke would have stayed going strong, but knee injures the last 2 seasons, slowed his 2nd half of the year down.

Jerry was dumb to pay Pollard $10 million. They could have drafted a RB other than Deuce. I mean I seen it on here many times...any RB can do the same thing.

Cowboys said "can ya play zeke?" Zeke said "yes ma'am I play".

The people that criticize him for low stats also do so for his dedication. "old tap out FAT big headed zeke same ol same ol".

But he played with that knee injury game after game.

People are insane and weird.

Sure, then say that. Zeke isn't their top back and if they play Zeke all day it would be the best thing for us after how poorly our run defense played last week

I hear you, but Zeke has been a wrecking ball to start the season for a few years now. It's not until between now and a few weeks he loses what's left of his burst.

Zeke injuries are part of his decline, it is what it is . I would've been cool if they drafted a rb too, just not in the 1st round , but not giving Pollard a multi-year contract was the next best thing

It should be noted after this nonsensical rant in defense of a has been that in Zeke's own words he suffered the injury against Carolina. The very next week he had his 2nd most productive game of the entire season.

It wasn't injury. It was a rapidly declining player using injury as an excuse.

Lol call mine a "rant" while you have the close to the same word count. You don't even know what a "rant" is yet expect me to give your football knowledge credit?

So cute.

So you are saying he never played with a knee injury and if he did that's no excuse.

LOL....dude. What the....weirdo.

I'm saying the week after he said he suffered this "horrific" knee injury he had one of his most productive games of the season running for 100 yards on 5 yards per carry.

Did it just take a couple of weeks before the seriousness of this injury kicked in?

Or is he just an excuse making rapidly declining player who has to sign 1 year deals in August on the open market?

I'll let you decide, Steve.

In the past couple years, in the 1st half of the season, Zeke ran like a bulldog after a bone. His problem was he ran out of steam in the 2nd half of the season. Our run defense has been atrocious, so I suspect Zeke will have a good day Sunday. The Boyz better put the brakes on him early and shut him down.
Oh the humanity. How will we contain three yards and a cloud of dust?

You put horrific in quotes. So somebody actually said that and you are quoting them?

Or are you making up a lie to suit your agenda?

I will let you decide, Risen.

Maybe Jerry will put out the Red Kettles early so Zeke can jump in one!

I would’ve taken Bichon Robinson in the first round where we were picking had he fallen to us. It would’ve been crazy to pass up a top 10 talent at number 26. He’s looking real good for the Falcons averaging 5.5 a carry. He has just over 100 yards in receiving the first three games.

Get a lead and Elliott won’t matter at all.

Play from behind and it’s a different story.

This team is really tough to beat when playing with a lead, and about average otherwise. That’s just how it is folks….and may explain why they choose to take the ball first when they can.

For Zeke it will be an accomplishment to achieve 4ypc. Zeke is not explosive, he does fall forward, but generally speaking that is on first contact.

I'm starting to get the distinct feeling that the Zeke fan club is still mighty sore after the departure and lack of teams lining up to sign him. Some of them are hoping he goes off for a big game against us.
