Big failure by the GM

I don’t think dalton got the team behind him , the results were not good . But the results with Dak were 1-4 when he got injured . Not sure what is the great upgrade with dak back .
You’re taking a 4.5 game sample to make a judgement on a QB who had the worst defense in the NFL and with an offense that lost half of it’s starters and it’s starting TE. Listen to yourself.

FRom my perspective... yea, we were 1-4, but just as easily could have been 4-1. IN 2014 when we were 12-4, we could have EASILY been 8-8. The difference between winning and losing is razor thin in the NFL. From my perspective, even though the record wasnt good, our team was day and night better when Dak was in vs Dalton.

He didn't suck. He couldn't stay healthy.
he played 12, 15, 15, 14 games in his first 4 seasons. Im not gonna put up all the numbers... but he sucked... SUCKED. IN his last season he played 7 games, if you took his numbers out to 16 he would have thrown for roughly 3k yards.. he was awful, which is why Tannehill took over for him and he was benched.

... You just exploded me mind.
Yes, machavalian and oh, so, clever!

It's also rumored that @Rockport is the second coming, the one that will unite Cowboy's Nation, a unite those: Anti-Dakers, Dak Fan and all those in between.
....all agreeing that The Rock is a joke.

The Rock = The Redzone king.....still love your analysis, priceless.

The QB play last night was nothing less than atrocious. How the team could be this far in to training camp with these backup QB’s and think that they could play is mind boggling. They’ve seen them every OTA, mini-camp and every day in training camp. Really disappointed they haven’t gotten a decent backup from day one so that he could get acclimated with the offense. They better get off their rear ends fast and bring someone in because if Dak goes down for a few games, we ain’t winning squat.

This part of fandom just doesn't marry up with reality. Keeping the faith, and then fed continually...bilboards for a fairy tale. Contingency plans that vanish when the real bullets start to fly. How much of the cap goes to offensive special skills players on the offense. Hey, the billboard sells before we all see the movie.

Does anyone think there is another Tony Romo or even Dak Prescott sitting along the sidelines of this team?

I saw yet another Dallas inability to handle commitment by an opponent that didn't invest strictly in PR...hey, another hyped 'Miracle on 14th Street' when all we and the media care about is this: just who have you beaten?

Incorrect history. He was inundated w/ injuries. For instance, his last year as a fulltime starter, here are his injuries he played through: Numbness in his throwing arm, neck stinger, torn plantar fascia in his foot. That was 2018. He was benched as a starter for poor play after starting 2-4 in 2019, that is true.

And 25 years of wheel spinning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If 75% of the league had won a title in that 25 year span.... then Id start agreeing with the negativity on Jerry.

What's incorrect about what I posted? Tannehill took over with same team and bam...... they took off.

Exactly 24 teams, or 75% of the league have been to a SB in the last 25 years. The Cowboys have not won a division playoff game in that same period of time.

You are going to take up for that tool regardless of the record.

Never understand people and their fascination with backup qbs. You do realize every other team that loses a star Qb is done for the year 99/100 times right?

and you are going to slam ham no matter what happens. If they win a title, you will say every blind squirrel... you know the rest.
