If Bill Parcells is truly serious about this team being 10-6 - He comes up with a plan and wins this Game Sunday. I know Bellichik would...and I don't even mean the Bellichik of today - I mean the Defensive Coordinator Billy Bellichick does...

- I already hear the built in crutches (not excuses but crutches) "There the best 0-3 team you'll ever see - Moss is a Killer v.s. us - 3 road games in 4 you can only be happy with a split - etc etc....

- Here's my take - you wanna be taken seriously - WIN THE GAME.

The raiders have a big front 7 and have held up against the run well. I think Bledsoe will have to be the key for a win this weekend.

 You wouldn't be so high on Belichick while he was coaching the Cleveland Browns.

A coach is only as good as his players...any other excuse is just lying to yourself...Let me take away Brady from the Patriots and let's see how they do...

Sometimes I think folks would rather talk about the Patriots. Maybe we need a Zone for the Patriots love?

I agree, they started winning as soon as Brady took over.

Last I checked the "Bills" don't coach the same team. The Pats are the world champions and the Cowboys are coming off 6-10. Of course the WORLD CHAMPIONS should win at home. We aren't as good as the Pats. Doesn't mean we won't win, but just cuz the Pats won doesn't mean it's automatic that we have to just cuz we have Parcells. Parcells is a coach, not a god.

That's like saying your Volvo should be able to fly to the moon just cuz you put rocket fuel in the gas tank.

I never thougt Belichick was all that bad with the Browns. He got them to the playoffs in 1994 and beat our Cowboys that year during the regular season with Vinny. He got a bad deal with Modell wanting to move and lost his team. Belichick is the only coach I would rather have than Parcells. The guy can devise a game plan.

Correct. If Jerry Jones came out today and said the Cowboys were moving to Los Angeles how do you think the team would do? They'd tank. No doubt. If Belichick came to coach the Cowboys next year these same guys would be talking about how he's twice as good a coach as Parcells ever was.

If you think that is the only reason they started winning then you are completely oversimplifying a whole dynasty. You are joking yourself if you think that that year they weren't destined to go to the superbowl whether Brady or Bledsoe was under center. Think where Bledsoe's career would be right now had he never gotten injured. He'd probably be considered the best quarterback of all time. Having won 3 superbowls and passing for over 40,000 and still playing - no one has done that. Bledsoe was subject to some very bad circumstances.

Stop the flippin' coach-jocking! You all act like Belichek is some master or something. The guy is good, but he was nothing but 5-11 until Richard Seymour and Tom Brady (only the best DT and best QB of the decade) came along in 2001. This game will be won by the players if they just play their game, pure and simple.

Dude, 2001 was when Belichick took over the Pats before that the coach was Pete Carroll.

So far, he has not won anything without Crennell and Weis.

ah Julius so you're saying Bledsoe is in the same league as Tom Brady then.

Bledsoe couldn't even convert a couple of third downs in the last 2 minutes against the sorry *** Commanders a few weeks ago. So he can do that against teams in the playoffs and TWICE in the Superbowl?

He's never proven anything so I have no idea how you can say if he was never injured he could have been considered the greatest of all time. Remember that Patriot team had Antoine Smith as the RB and some so so receivers. Brady carried that offense...and when put in positions where all the pressure was on him he came through everytime. Could Bledsoe have? I don't think so. Why should I believe he could? He's never proven he could.

I realize everyone is on his jock right now because he's had a few decent games but let's not lose our minds. He blew it at the end of the Skin game, I'm surprised he didn't take some more heat for that.
