This is not a po-lit-i-cal issue. Basically, as I understand it, the DA who was prosecuting the case initially made an agreement with him, not to prosecute if he cooperated. The DA that took over the case did not hold up that agreement so the case was overturned. This does not seem to be anything other then a sloppy job of prosecution or just plain old dishonesty on behalf of our judicial system.
Everybody, put your long knives away.....
Even the scum of the earth deserve a fair trial. This countries judicial system is a joke. Countless women drugged and raped, this clown is pure scum of the earth.
basically, it’s the right legal decision. Based on the letter of the law, and the wrong moral decision based on the fact that all evidence points to him being a rapist.
He's guilty as sin but, without his cooperation, you can't know if the Prosecution could have made their case. They promised him immunity to criminal charges and then screwed it up. His legal team followed the process and got him off.
I know this though, I'd have the prosecutors job, who decided to go forward with legal charges. That's assuming they haven't already moved on to a better gig, based on that conviction.
But I'll tell you what will piss people off. If Cosby turns around and sues for having to serve 2 years, and wins. That's going to be a straight up kick in the nards.
Yeah and as a PA resident it’ll
Be quite the frustration having my tax dollars go
To that.

Could be worse, you could be Billy Giles, former Phillies owner, who paid millions to Danny Tartabull so he could hit a foul tip off his foot, brake it in his first at bat, and never get a single hit for the club before he retires from baseball all together.
I mean, it could always be worse Brother.........
