What does showing the excellent draft picks by the Cowboys have to do with what you said?
Dallas doesn't pick well enough in drafts or trades, to even make to a NFC Championship Game. The results of Dallas's picks are not so excellent.

You don't know much about the draft. They draft well and this is a strong draft.

An 85 percent hit rate on your 1st round picks is excellent.

He really fell off at the end of the season. He was barely a factor in the playoffs. That combined with his tenuous relationship with Allen and this is no big surprise. I am surprised they couldn’t get more for him.

Stroud was already on pace to be the 2nd best QB in the NFL. This will help him compete sooner.

This is tiresome sort of... what about not making it to the NFC Championship game are you not getting???
What do you not get? They could make it in the future. The one thing they do well is draft.

He's got a point there though lol. Our first rounds picks look pretty awesome in that list.

And yes not making it further into the play offs sucks. But these guys really weren't the problem here. Mazi is a big downer of course, but Lamb, Micah and Martin would be valuable assets on any team.

If he is so great, why are the Bills wanting to trade him?
Several possibilities, he could be a malcontent in the locker room, Bills are looking to load up on draft picks next year or the year after, Bills are looking to get rid of a player who's reached 30 years old, when a lot of players performance starts to drop off so they can get value for him now, they are going to package those picks and move up to get a top rated receiver in this year's draft, etc. etc.

Meanwhile Jerry holds on to players until well past their prime and get nothing for them when they go to another team or retire.

You get it....

Diggs & Allen weren't getting along.
