This is by far his biggest failure. The way he managed the final 90 seconds of the first half was just abysmal. You call a timeout before third down, then punt from your opponent's 34-yard line in the most important game of the season? Really??

Congratulations, you just became the first coach this millennium to punt from inside the opponent's 35 at the end of the first half when you weren't already ahead by double digits. Coward.

Wooo! You tell em, Adam!

I'm sure this was covered elsewhere, but what is everyone's thoughts on Jerry's post-game comments? He opened up by saying he would not address the coaching situation, and went on to praise Washington's organization and organizational structure and said how we were far removed from them in terms of being where we needed to be. Is his support of Garrett wavering?

Did you ever think you would see the day where the Cowboys, or any organization for that matter, would compare itself to Little Danny and his team and admit that they are far removed from them in terms of being where they needed to be?

typical jason garrett, always overcompensating for a previous failure. this act of cowardice was a direct result of how the 1st half ended vs the saints. i'm sure jason was deathly scared of missing the field goal or missing the 4th down conversion and the skins driving down for points before the half. he is a scared puppy dog of a coach who is always reacting instead coaching aggressively. makes me sick.

I cant tell who is a bigger choker, Romo or JG. All this time I was trying to place the blame on one of them, I now believe it is both of them. JG gets out coached on a regular basis, putting Romo in bad situation after situation and Romo just doesnt know how to manage a football game. Once again two of his picks are on first down, balls that should not have been thrown. Even on his roll out he is too stupid to throw the ball away when he gets pressured. JG has to take the blame for some of that as well, he has been Tony's mentor for 6 seasons now, its a joke how bad our offense runs with that type of consistency between the QB and OC.

JG didnt have an answer for the blitz 5 years ago, and he still doesnt. It has been an on going thing for a few seasons now.

The saddest part is there have been some really quality coaches who have become available like Jeff Fisher and Mike Shanahan, yet we are still stuck with this clown. Im done with his process.

I liked the idea of Garrett at HC/OC and Ryan at DC far more than the reality. So frustrating to watch this team week after week seem totally unprepared for the task at hand. I'm prepared to cut individual players a little slack here and there for bad breaks or struggling playing hurt, but it's so clear that the game planning and play calling is not where it needs to be. We're not prepared for them to blitz? Give me a break. I realize the defense has been held together with feathers and scotch tape with all the injuries, but even when healthy, seemed like they were too often surprised by what other teams were doing and unable to react.

I'm so happy to avoid watching Seattle roll into Jerryworld like a buzz saw next week. Thank God it's over. Here's to hopes for better next year.
