You guys will just say anything.
Dak is a backup. He’s a bad 4th pick in the sense we wasted all these years on this guy who was clearly not going to get it done.
The Bears were the 24th rank scoring defense. Zeke rushed for 140 yards on 30 carries. I never said he didn’t bus drive his way to victories getting carried by the OL and Zeke in 2016. That’s why in 2017, when Zeke was suspended we couldn’t even score in double digits against a winning team and struggled against bums.
In 2016, Against the Vikings, we scored 15 pt. Dude threw for 139 yards.
Against the Giants, 7 pts. He threw for 165 yards and 2 picks, despite Zeke running for 107 yards.
The Eagles he also looked like a deer in the headlights to close out the season.
The Ravens were 2-4 in the last 6 games before we played them. They ended the season 8-8. They were garbage. The Bengals and Browns were straight trash that year.
The point being, acting like Dak was some legend prior to the injury is a crock of garbage, he was awful before he broke that leg too in that season, turning the ball over 7 times in 4 and a half games. Should have lost to Atlanta, who blew a 20 pt lead in the 4th the very next week, when they decided not to fall on the onside kick ball right in front of them.
