abersonc said:13th in the league in rushing yards yes. but 27th in yards per carry (3.6 YPC - that's 6th to last) - 5th overall in rushing attempts.
We are 13th because we ran so damn much -- but we were still lousy at it.

You beat me to it - 3.6 YPC and only 5 yeams in NFL averaged worse. To put that in perspective our 2003 running attack featuring Tham averaged 3.9 YPC!!!

Bledsoe4MVP said:Big deal, he played what 50 years to reach that mark? Vinnie Testeverde is garbage, I'm embarrassed that he even played in Dallas. He's a career bum that had ONE good year in NY. I hate people who compare this clown to a MVP calibur player like Drew.
StanleySpadowski said:WooHoo. If he starts another year, Bledsoe will pass Testaverde.
Time to put the champagne on ice boys. We could hold a week-long celebration with a parade and everything for a .500 QB.
KingTuna said:EXACTLY!! Vinny is NINE years older than Bledsoe!!
There is NO compariosn that comes even close to the two of them.
People who really compare those two really need to lay down the pipe.
IF you're going to compare them then pull up Vinny's stats from when he was 33 years old and put them side by side of Bledsoe's...
THAT would be a more fair comparison. OF course no one will do that because that will destroy their Agenda..
Bledsoe is on a complete different level than VT... Anyone with 20/20 visions can see that.
joseephuss said:This isn't to bash Drew, but you keep posting about this being the 2nd best offense since 1995 is not an impressive stat. It is actually quite meaningless. The offenses have been very anemic lately, so just being 2nd best to 95 doesn't really take that much. Repeating it a 100 times doesn't change that.

Will overtake VT and should pass Tark by season end. Another 2007 season and he's over 50,000 yards at age 35.
Other than Manning there are no other active QB's that will sniff 40,000 yards for close to a decade. So much for modern era......The passing era was more 82-96.......
He needs a Super Bowl Pelt next to the two AFC Champ pelts already hanging. That 2nd Super Bowl ring will be special!
