I don't really care for Mcnubb's style. I would prefer Bledsoe if he has a good OL but I'm not going to say Bledsoe is better.
I do take issue with some of the rankings that I saw that had Bledsoe ranked down in the 20s....you have to be kidding me. I'd still rank him in the top 10 QBs in the league....Brady, Manning, Palmer, Roth, Delhomme, Brees, McNubb, Hasselback, ....and then Bledsoe and Green and Bulger and probably Brunell
When you start looking around, there are a lot of QBs that are WAY past their prime like Favre, Warner, and McNair, a lot of young and very unproven like Eli, Smith, Rivers, Boler, and Loserman, and some guys coming off of major injuries that probably won't ever be the same like Pennington and Culpepper. (And guys that are destined to get seriously injured like Vick)
I think its pretty fair to put Bledsoe in the top 10.
I think Mcchoke has a lot to prove, I think he's gotten fat and lost some of what made him so lethal, his ability to scramble. Perhaps it was all due to the injury, perhaps not. I think he has something to prove in playing without TO. Do I think he's a better more promising QB than DB, sure. But honestly, I just prefer Bledsoe's style of play given our situation. my opinion
