I remember before we got him EVERYBODY wanted Roy or Fitz. Now all of a sudden since he's on our team he's terrible?

He never said we took a step back. He just didn't like the idea of starting a new QB mid-season when he thought the team that started that season has a chance to make the playoffs. It makes perfect sense, even if you were rooting for Romo to start that season.

99% of the time, switching QBs mid-season isn't a good thing.

Exactly right. I didn't like the move, I'm not gonna lie. I thought starting fresh with an unknown was a white flag type of move.

And I'm glad Jerry wants Barber closing. What Jerry wants, Jerry gets.

Everybody is hit and miss, even Hall of Fame coaches. Talent entices, but it just doesn't always come through.

When GM/coaches are right, you get articles like this. When they blow it, you get people calling for their heads. (Of course, with Jerry, people call for his head even when he doesn't blow it.)

Look closely at any GM and you will come up with players and picks that they bombed on. The intense focus on Jerry sometimes makes things appear more unbalanced than they are.

OF course, Jerry likes the spotlight, so some of those are self inflicted wounds.
