If they spend draft capital on a WR at this point, to me, this would be inconsistent with their draft. They did not draft for need, the drafted for the future. So why give up draft picks now that could be used next year to continue with the same strategy they employed this year?
I would prefer they either sign a free agent who can possibly help this year, and draft a WR next year, or just stay with what they have. They made a commitment to Mingo by using a valuable 4th round pick for him, (an over compensation IMO), so why not give him a chance to compete for the job. Are we just going to throw away draft picks now?
