Dude Brady fell to the ground when one of our boys taped him if Bob comes flying at his back at full speed and launches himself at brady after a pass I think things could get realy ugly REALY fast for Tom Shady. That is something to worry about if you ask me.

We had two sacks on Brady where our guys hesitated to hit him.

Second, when a qb fakes a spike and then throws, the qb shouldn't be given the benefit of the doubt later. Any "spikes' after the fake should get hard tackles.

I definitely think it will make Belicheck think twice about having Brady throw 40 yard bombs to Moss when they're up by 40.

I don't. Bill and the Pats are not going to go out and be scared. If the Colts don't want to get blown out then go out and play the game better than the Pats. The rest of this is a bunch of non-sense and as I mention if Sanders is serious then the Colts may want to pull Manning as well because you cheap shot Brady and knock him out what is to stop the Pats from doing the same to Manning?

And the Colts then would have to worry about the same happening to Manning. That is a 2 way street you think the Pats are scared about this BS. It is tough talk that is all it is.

Bob Sanders just validated the argument I made last week. Fans can justify Belichik's tendency to run up scores until their heart's contentment.

Although their rationalizations are perfectly valid, they amount to nothing because coachers and players around the league perceive that Belichik runs up scores and they feel slighted by it.

Unfortunately, it will be Belichik's players, not the man himself, who bears the onus of payback.

Then the Colts may want to pulling Manning from the game as well. You think the Pats will allow a cheap shot on their QB and not try to do the same? I think pretty much this is just a bunch of tough talk like 2 fighters before a match. All that is going to matter is how you perform on Sunday
This is a little bit more then tough talk. Bob was upset by the way N.E. has been treating teams. Thing of it is you don't do what they have been doing without it comming back to bite you. I am not saying he was right for what he said but N.E. hasn't been right since they hired bellicheat so whatever they get they get. It isn't just him though because he said he knows for a fact that the team would all chip in for a fine... He laughed after that part so take that for what its worth but the rest of the interview he was pretty serious. But he did give them props and said that they always enjoy playing the pats because they push each other to that next level.

Let me ask what do you think the Pat defensive players are saying after that comment? They may not wait until the end to take Manning out. You talk about the payback like it is a 1 way deal it is'nt.

Then the Colts better be prepaid to protect Manning, you issue a statement like that and expect the other team to say ok we will play the way you want us to? Please. Colts and Sanders need to worry about their own play and not what the Pats may or may not do.

I think this is why there have been rumblings that Kraft is pissed about these things. He doesn't like the image that's out there right now.

I swear, it won't shock me if they take soemone out if he keeps it up.

I did no such thing.

Belichik seems to have violated league etiquette, and regardless of fan percetion of that etiquitte, it does exist and it must be considered.

Wouldn't it be absolutely terrible if Belichik's blantant disregard for unspoken yet accepted league protocols causes the severe injuring of not only his players but other teams' players?

As I've stated ad nauseum throughout this discussion, the players are more likely to suffer than Belichik if he is indeed breaching league etiquette

Bob sanders was on the radio today and when they asked him if he thought the Pats have been running up the scores and if he feels they take cheap shots. he said put it this way if they try that Crap with us Brady is going to suffer the consequences. He went on to say that Karma is a b and what goes around comes around. He said if they have a large lead and they want to keep him in then the way he sees it a 15 yard penalty is going to hurt the Pats more then it will hurt them... Wow I think Bill had better stop messing with teams some bad people are getting pretty upset.
I have been saying this from day one. No one will take that crap lying down, so if Belicheat wants to continue to put Brady in harms way he better be prepared for the inevitable consequences. Also, I am willing to bet that Bob Sanders is not the only one with those sentiments.

Showing off in the endzone has caused more fights in the NFL but players still do it and the talk of revenge does not mean jack. Right now the Pat players are reading how Sanders is going to cheap shot their QB you don't think they are saying Manning is a dead man? Colts have 1 thing they need to do and that is go out and play don't tell me this BS about what you will do if your getting you tailed kicked.

You know what, I get it. You don't think players should talk about what they'e gonna do, they should just play. I think everyone else gets it as well.

Pardon me, if I disagree. I have no problem with people talking smack. It adds to the fun. The NFL is not hermetically sealed, guys can and will say things that make you scratch your head, but so what. Just because you deem it inappropriate doesn't make it so.

Now, if Bob Sanders comes off looking like a chump, that's Bob Sanders's problem, not yours or mine.

Taking a knee is now considered a defensive play!

:laugh2:

And Quarterback Sack is now an offensive play. It's when he puts a bag over Spears' head.

Unfortunately, the league would fine a player so much $$, (probably $100,000 or more), so most players would be very hesitant to hit someone if it looked like a payback hit.

I don't care if he talks or not I just think it is stupid to make these comments. If I'm a defensive player on the Pats and I hear someone talking about cheap shotting my QB regardless of the reason I just may be looking for my own cheap shot on your QB. Revenge is a 2 way street not just for the Colts because they don't like how the Pats play. Colts need to concern themself on how they play not what they may do if they get their butts kicked
