I'm at the point I'm not even mad now. I was furious a couple of days...but now I'm just laughing at the joke my favorite team has become. I'm going to continue laughing at Jerry's pain, too.

I'm ready to gut 90% of the players on the team and all of the coaches.

Tell us something we don't know. There was more than the 2018 Rams game to use an an example. The 2019 December Eagles game was a better example. The division was on line as well as a playoff berth. Dak choked. It was after that the Jerry chose to give Dak his new contract. But that deal is done. Dak got a no trade clause and a no franchise tag clause in his new contract. He also got $40 million never proving he could win the big games.

But we are where we are now. Jerry restructured Dak a couple of times pushing money into voided years making it more difficult to part ways with Dak. Jerry is not going to take the massive hit to his CAP, and roster, and get rid of Dak. At his age, he will want to double down on Dak and hope he comes through at some point, just like he did with Garrett. I only hope that Jerry does not let Dak talk him into another no trade clause.

I remember half the board with Quincy and half the board against. Same with all of the QB therein since. Cowboys fans have never agreed on QBs over the past 28 years and it will continue. Only one thing can change that, and Jerry has no clue in his tiny football mind.

I guess part of that is because of how they draft them. If they had a 1st overall consensus top QB maybe everyone would agree on him at least earlier in his career. But no matter how good Dak played his rookie year he had his doubters and they were determined to look right on him. But they weren't. You can say he wasn't a Super Bowl winning QB. But you can't say he was a bad QB. And that's all I ever said was he's a top 10 QB.

Funny you mention Andy Dalton...

Dak and Dalton have a lot of similarities.
Dalton had the bengals crushing in the regular season between 2011-2015. Every single year they were 1 and done in the playoffs and every single playoff game, Dalton sucked in.

Well the way people spoke of Andy Dalton people said he'd take us to a SB with these weapons because of his accuracy. He's been a back up every year in the league since then but aye its ok.

We can't change that Jerry will continue to GM. Fans can hit him in the pocketbook to give coaches more control though, as much as he HATES that. But the culture of no accountability is already deeply ingrained in the current players. There might be a handful that are salvageable, but that's it. Will making all of those changes guarantee different results? No. But making no changes guarantees the same results we've seen the past three years. I'll take the unknown over choking any day of the week.

I don't think Jerry feels pain. Maybe for a second or two. I still ain't over it and probably won't until the playoffs are over. I almost didn't watch the EAgles get spanked last night because I didn't want to watch any football but I tuned in after a change of heart lol.
