Bobby Belt alluding to the new culture in Dallas we will start to see in a hurry

A new culture? That's hilarious. Jerry will always be the culture and the face of this franchise. It will change when a Jones no longer owns the team. This makes any and every head coach hire 100% irrelevant.

Ol' Scotty will be an upgrade over Garrett's poor game time clock management skills, but he will have authority over nothing else but game time clock management.

It makes it easy to predict the outcomes. Ol' Schotty will last 2-5 years, leave with a 500 record or worse based on the roster and the Jones football mismanagement, and will be fired. Like most of the former Cowboy's head coaches, Dallas will be the last place Ol' Schotty will ever be a head coach.

You're jealous of them for being able to bend the knee to Jerry in person.

You happily do it without his acknowledgment of it.

Obviously you’re drunk before 3pm. I was calling out Jerry and Sons in this place, and the old one, before you even knew what CowboysZone was.!

I think Bobby posts here as a member of the Dak plunge protection team.

I can't help but wonder if Jerry held Stephen against the wall to agree to spending $8 mil for Dante Fowler. Or maybe it was Stephen holding Jerry against the wall?! Anyway, I'm totally in awe!

Culture starts with ownership and Jerry has cultivated one that allows star players to circumvent the coach and complain about being held accountable.

Then why defend Jerry shills like Bobby Belt?
Would hardly consider Bobby a Jerry shill. He's highly critical of a lot of nonsense that goes on in the organization, including keeping Mike after the meltdown against Green Bay. I haven't seen a Dallas media member that HATED McCarthy to the level that Bobby did.

Bobby is however, tied for the biggest Dak shill in the universe with Clarence Hill.
