Bohanna and Gallimore

John Ridgeway as a rookie this year for the Commanders accumulated almost as much as Quinton Bohanna has in Dallas for 2 full seasons.

Looks like the Cowboys messed up once again keeping / getting rid of the wrong player. What a bunch of dummies.

Heck, Ridgeway did more for the Commanders than even Johnathan Hankins did for both the Raiders and Cowboys this season...

Horrible personnel decision making!

:facepalm: :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

but he was a meanie head.

Ridgeway could easily be a cut next year for Washington. Gallimore was a huge disappointment for me, was never excited about bohana.

No way.

They will keep him just to spite @America's Cowboy.

I predict we'll end up having a much better interior next season. I expect the Cowboys to draft one, and sign one.

To me, I'd go, DT, TE, RB in this draft. Probably in that order.

If you land a good enough TE, you can axe Schultz and save the money allocated to him for other players.

Ridgeway played lights out for the Commanders...as I said he would.

I'm so upset with this coaching staff and front office. They messed up and hurt the team.

Gallimore apparently is a coverage guy too.....since he was covering Kittles on the bobble catch. He should scream...."I'm versatile". SMH.

use high pick (round 2/3) for a quality DT and get a FA again in the mold of Hankins but at least contributing for 2 more years.

The problem is we had them as first stringers, when they both should just be depth guys. I was surprised Gallimore seemed to fall off so much from the beginning of the year.

Our best interior guys, at the end, at least, were probably Hankins, Osadighizuwa, and Carlos Watkins. Those are the players Quinn seemed to turn to for San Fran.

Golston finally got it going towards the end.
Agreed on Gallimore. So much talk about his strength and improvement and then just nothing. He doesn't seem to get the intricacies of the game so he can't aim that brute force and decent burst in the right direction on a regular basis. All the strength in the world means nothing if you don't use your hands well, can't redirect, fail to keep leverage, etc. Hill was a prime example of that. I thought Gallimore had shown more potential than Hill in his early career snaps, but whatever momentum he gained appears to have been lost.

Soon as Gallimore came in the second half they started running the ball with success, can’t speak on Bohanna but Gallimore was a weak spot agaisnt SF
Haven't watch the second half yet (couldn't bring myself to watch on game day, so I just taped it ... and then I couldn't bring myself to start watching it until Wednesday). But that fits with his problem, being a strong guy who doesn't know how to use his strength.

Bohanna was inactive the last two games.
I'm pretty sure he played in this one. I just finished watching the first half Wednesday and saw 98 in there. Of course, I need to get new glasses so I could be wrong.

So AC who do you love more Dak or Ridgeway?

Is Ridgeway your rebound after Dak broke your heart?

Ridgeway is long gone. Truly hurts since he played very well for our division rival. Their fans have been thanking us for being idiots and cutting him for free after Week 1. Crazy dumb stuff right there.

As for Dak, he can improve with better coaching/training. Since Dak is not going anywhere these next 2 seasons, Jerry should be calling bona-fide QB trainers. Would be awesome if he contacted Kurt Warner and see if Warner would be interested to work with Dak, backup QBs and receivers this offseason. Heck, make Kurt Warner an offer he might not refuse to see if he would like to be QBs coach. Jerry needs to look for improving the training. Plus, he needs to find a very good Oline coach, RBs coach, possibly even WRs coach and for sure QBs coach. This Offense can improve with better weapons and for sure better position coaches.

2 years to improve this QB and Offense. Also, draft another QB in the mid-rounds if possible or via free agency. After 2023, reassess and make any changes as needed. Everyone needs to be challenged.

Gallimore is trending the way of trysten hill. Healthy scratch often on a team starved for DT talent. Would be surprised if he’s on the 53 next year.

I really had hope for Bohanna but seems like a JAG. Bring him to camp and make it clear he shines or he is gone.
Nothing wrong with JAGS on the DT rotation.
I don't think Bohanna is even that.
Hankins is a JAG, Watkins is a JAG.
We need top end talent (like a Payne). Odiggy is already solid
Sign Payne (or draft Ika).
Resign Hankins and Watkins
Payne, Odiggy, Hankins, Watkins, Gallimore, Bohanna, Golston is not bad for depth.
Not all those guys will be on active roster, some on IR or PS, but great depth and more top end talent with Payne or Ika.
