Bo is a stiff. Strictly a backup type.

Galley is a 3 tech being forced to play the 1. I don't think he has the lateral agility to consistently disrupt the pocket.
The lack of lateral agility makes him an active1. Ironically, I think he would have been a good Marinelli 1T. Some straight ahead burst, hustle, and good speed for a DT. That's what he brought.

Problem is, not enough "sand in his pants".

Dammm, I wish these bozos running this show would just stop and read some scouting reports. Would save us a ton of misery. They either ignore the traits of a player or don't know them, and either spells dooooooommmm.

Hankins is a 10 year vet, while Ridgeway was a rookie. Cowboys dropped the ball BIG TIME.
While I wouldn't have given up on Ridgeway so soon, Ridgeways physicall skillset points sharply at him being a backup type. Basically, he's too tall and too slow of foot. Sluggish, that's the words the scouting reports use.

Carlos Watkins came on at the end of the year I have hopes for him. I would not mind adding some more depth or resigning Hankins.
Watkins has the skill to be really good, he's just never been able to put it all together. I have no idea what the problem is, motivation or lack of brains or whatever, but he at least is a quality backup at the minimum.

It seems that Gallimore underachieved this season to whatever reason. Bohanna was brought in to be a run stuffer. Neither seemed to fit in, will we move on from these guys this summer??
Make DT a priority in the draft. With the first pick. I will say the name again.

I really had hope for Bohanna but seems like a JAG. Bring him to camp and make it clear he shines or he is gone.

The team has to first find better players...

They're under contract and will compete in camp to make the roster. No value to cut them now.

Bohanna missed a game or two due to injury and his performance dropped significantly when he returned.

He had knee and shoulder injuries in 2022.

Ridgeway didn't look sluggish at all playing for the Commanders this season, K. He actually was very nimble, aggressive and attacked and made plays. Check it out. Ridgeway played awesome for the Commanders! It's so upsetting because we definitely could have used him. Instead, these foolish coaches and front office cut and gave him away for free!!!:mad::mad::mad:

Check out the comments from Commanders fans underneath the video. It's infuriating because Ridgeway should have been wearing a Star on his helmet! He was exactly what we needed! These idiots in Dallas don't know what they are doing!!!

Gallimore is an oversized 3T that struggles against the run, he needs to earn his roster spot in camp as Goldston might be ahead of him. Bohanna is safe as a rotational NT, but if they keep Hankins, he may have to fight for his spot as well. Neither are guaranteed to be on the team when they break camp.

Both were disappointments. Neither will be on the team when the season starts next year.

Galli was pushed all over the field all year.
Bo might depending if they bring back Hankins, which I hope they do, and draft another guy or look to free agency.

Bo just finished his second season and Gallimore his third. Dallas typically holds on to their drafted players through rookie contracts. Look how long Hill got

Ya i actually thought Bo played well earlier in the season. I was actually shocked he wasn't active vs the 49ers.

May have had more to do with how well Gholston was playing...i think we really have something with him.

Believe both guys contributed in our final game when we were looking for more run defense than pass defense. Don't see any reason to just move on from them. But we should definitely try to improve the position and if that knocks them off the roster, then so be it.
Bohanna was inactive the last two games.

Gallimore is just a weird player. Big (i think he was playing at about 20 lbs more than he is listed), excellent linier explosion and power, no anchor, very short arms with limited tackle radius

They tried to trade Gallimore at deadline, so I doubt he is back

Loved Lett as a player but he was a horrible Coach, evaluation input was never there it seems.
Glad he is gone, let’s start there first in finding a quality DL coach that has some input on talent with McClay.

I cannot recall being as disappointed in a player as much as I am with Gallimore this season. I really thought he would make the leap this year in his 3rd year as a pro. I never thought Bohanna would be great in year two. But there is no point in moving on from them now. If Gallimore does not show a big improvement by the end of training camp I would definitely be willing to move on from him. I have said it a million times, Hill and Ridgeway were both better than Gallimore. Not protecting Ridgeway was a mistake for Dallas. But Gallimore is now in the same boat as Hill. He will be a free agent after next year and at this point why re-sign him?

Right now:
NT - Big Bo
3T - Osa, Gallimore

This position needs a serious infusion of talent, adding two quality DTs will do wonders.

I think Osa is a solid starter and I have zero issue with his play, dude brings it best he can. Bo isn't ready and idk about Gallimore, but I like him covering Kittle on a play haha.

Re-sign Big Hank and find another baller whether he plays NT or 3T, I don't care. I'll count Hankins as 1 of the quality two DTs they need. Let's get it.
