McClay is awful he cant draft. They have the worst front office in sports. he drafted Mazi Smith, Vaughn, Schoonmaker, Eric Scott. Except for Overshown the entire 2023 class is a bust.

The draft is the only place they've done ANYTHING right. Mazi/Taco have been their biggest failures overall. Parsons, Lamb, Diggs, Tyler Smith, Overshown, Pollard, Ferguson, Bland, etc. He's hit on some as well.

Dak, Zeke, Lamb, Gallup, Martin, Tyler Smith, Parsons, Lawrence, Diggs, Bland and many more. They may not have the best drafting history but it’s far from the worst.

Every team has terrible draft classes, but you don’t go 12-5 3 years in a row if all your players suck. That’s just not how things work.
