and the Kids (The Fans) are being adversely effected.

Yep Owens misses Romo, and Romo sure as heck misses Owens. To some TO may be that overbearing Husband, but Romo (wife) isnt ready to take care of the kids on his own. Okay enough of the broken family comparison, lets talk straight.

Romo is not the only one that misses him. Lost a step or not, Teams still double team this man.
Crayton miss him (hes a third play the 2 without a legit 1)
Hurd misses him, (hes a fourth playin the 3 without a legit 1 or 2)
Austin misses him (can we please stop talkin about this guy)
Martellus misses him,
and do I dare say the "greatness" of Jason Witten misses him. Yeah we hate to say it, but the Great Witten looks pedestrian without TO drawing attention. In years past Witten would have had 5 or 6 catches for 30/40 yards up the gut of the defense by now.

Hostile, Theeebs, Rampage, call this what you want (unoriginal) , call me what you want (TO lover) , but you cant say its not true. Love him or hate him, this team would be better RIGHT NOW with him, Our QB would be better right now with him, and that is who we root for...the COWBOYS. That Blue Star.

Its a shame, TO is not making plays b/c his qb cant buy time with the press coverage and the help over the top so he checks down before something develops, and ROMO cant make plays because they are doubling Witten and everyother receiver can be guarded forever while Romo buys time, and still cant get open.

The Cowboys' only problem in letting TO go was that we didn't make sure we had enough talent at wide receiver to replace him. Face it, TO is a player on the decline. The TO of this year is not the same player that was lighting defenses up two years ago. When you add all the drama that comes with TO, the Cowboys cut ties with him when they should.

:laugh1: Yeah really, its one thing if TO was burning it with Bills. The guy freaking can't catch a ball if his life depended on it. TO was done and is done. Time to move on. He might have an occasional good game, against a bad team, but if not, he is done.

Not original, I admitted that, but its true. Does Romo and the offense miss him? Answer that question. Would we be sittin on 10 points for 3 quarters with him, answer that? That picture you posted is the same thought I was having watching us lose another game we should not have.

Say he is done, Witten would still be open down the middle of the field.

We're missing a #1receiver not necessarily TO per se....

WR were plenty open in the middle, if Romo could throw well today. Watch the darn game and listen to what the Commentators were saying for good measure. Maybe you won't be craving for TO or blaming WR so much.

Heck probably Cowboys would have won if Romo read the D properly and saw the blitzer coming and had some kind of mental clock to get rid of the ball before its too late.

what irks me is that we are still paying for him though, and paying a number 3 as a 1.

So maybe not specifically TO but he was on this roster, and he was cut prematurely. Denver Didnt cut Marshall did they, and Hes huggin his coach after the game.

i agree, i can't stand TO but we needed him something awful and he needed us. If the moron could've kept his mouth shut, or better yet, a coach and qb could've not worried about his chatter and not gameplan around TO with the philosophy that everyone's happy when we win. Our WR corps is talented but terrible. They are all complimentary but not to each other

my friend that is the long and short of it. I was hopin I was wrong, about this offense, I was hopin that they were he and the boys were both successful without eachother, but.....hear we are.

What really bothers me, is my brother loves TO (so do I) but me and him are at odds b/c he is actually pulling against the boys (but claims to be a fan) because he says he cant prove his Point about romo be over rated if the cowboys win, and then I have guys on this board who would rather the boys lose than have TO here. I dont get it with the agendas. No matter my feelings, the boys come first.

Stop with TO. He is done. Has been for at least a year. His being here would change nothing. Next.

its obvious now and it was then. getting rid of him was a mistake and made no sense

i dont think romo was made by owens nor did i think going into this year we would be a terrible team without him. romo as does this team has lots of talent.

but a player like owens especially in garretts scheme is almost vital. he drew 2 players with him in coverage often.

player like T.O. dont grow on trees. his abilities often masked some of the poor playcalling by jason. even with owens not putting up numbers that were huge last yr his ability to draw double coverage shouldve opened up things for everyone yet at times it seem the complete opposite even with roy there

this is when you have to seriously question the scheme. the probllems with our wr and scheme are showing more so know that no one in the core is respected enough as of yet to demand that type of respect from the defense

only fools would look at owens now and what hes doing in buffalo to try and discredit his talent

they fired their offensive coordinator right before the season and was left with a head coach who for the last several seasons was bashed for being unimaginative and poor in his offensive play calling

add to that he has a avg at best qb behind a shaky offensive line that for some reason decided to ship away its best lineman in the off-season

are yall going to tell me lee evans who is also struggling to is washed up?

evans is one of the most talented wr in the league and would easily prosper in a change of scenary. he is struggling cuase hes facing the same factors i stated owens does. both are highly talented recievers who are stuck on a bad team

this is why i said along with many of my friends that owens jump to early to find a team. he wanted to get right back in the mix after being cut and his options were few. had he waited im sure a better situation wouldve opened up for him

imagine if he had waited until the cutler deal went down. didnt he sign with buffalo before hand? as desperate as they were at wr, even following the plaxico situation to see if they could get him im sure they wouldve made a move for owens. owens acted to fast when he signed with buf

T.O would do nothing to change what is happening here. The only difference is wed have more ESPN articles about T.O. barking at his teammates and throwing Romo and Garrett under the bus.

We are the same team with or without him. Which is around 8-8 and 9-7. Maybe better if we catch some breaks. But I saw TO all last year and besides 2 or 3 games, he was nowhere to be found. As a #1, he is supposed to make plays, not just make everyone around him better. Where was he in those games down the stretch? Crying about Romo and Witten making plays without him in the hotel room? LOL!!
