People who claim TO is washed up dont even deserve a response anymore. Enjoy Roy Williams on the sidelines.

roy has more yards and more catches, but keep globbin that knob, homie.

TO on this team would just mean more media scrutiny and another guy who can't get open.

So? Is Roy Williams better than Terrell Owens? Answer that question and after you answer it look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself why a grown man needs to lie on the internet.:lmao2: indeed

maybe you need to go to the buffalo message board, to hasnt done anything this year to prove that we are missing him, his ego, his mouth and his disruptive influence.

Can't answer the question so you go to the "go to buffalobills.com" route. How cute. Trent Edwards, thats a good qb there boy! Lee Evans has been playing terrific this year man. You are so knowledgeable about the game of football. No, seriously!:laugh2:

Like I said, look in the mirror and see if you believe the garbage you are saying.

He might not be washed up, but he's not much more than "just a guy" at this point. I'm not sure he's even a Top 20 wide receiver right now frankly.

I will say this: I think Owens, even if teams don't fear him like they once did, demands much more respect and attention from a defense than anyone we have here (duh). And there's definitely a benefit to that, as it draws focus away from guys like Witten.

My only point in this whole thing is this: Owens isn't the magical ingredient missing in our formula. We were a craptastically average team last year and we appear to be the same this year -- Owens or not. Maybe we go 7-9 this year and you can say we were two games better with T.O., but it's not as if he was the team's heartbeat and we're missing it right now.

Maybe you need to realize that Terrell Owens in Buffallo is not Owens in Dallas. Maybe you need to realize that when T.O was with is he was one of the FEW that showed emotion on the sidelines and would carry defenders into the endzone to get points on the board for this team?

Tony Romo and Terrell Owens was a winning combination. The only reason anybody thinks this team is any good to begin with, is because of our 13-3 season. Please, skimmy over the stats between Romo and Owens that year, you might learn a thing or two.

Two games could mean playoffs or not. Maybe it would give Romo a chance to get that monkey off of his back. I'm sure he won't see the playoffs this year. TO wasn't the heartbeat of the team, but when he got it going it's like going to a Laker game waiting for Kobe to get a dunk when the team is struggling. Everybody wakes the hell up!

I do wish that the Romo-to-Owens connection could have lasted longer than it did. I yearn to see what Owens and Williams could have done together for a season. But I've also long believed you're dancing with the devil when adding Owens to your team and that he has a short shelf life anywhere. I felt this when I was vehemently FOR his signing. Unfortunately, the end finally came this offseason. His personality -- good, bad or indifferent; his fault or the media's -- and image simply wears on a team. I think that's undeniable.

lol dude, they were given what, 2 seasons togethor and they're supposed to bring in all sorts of playoff wins and SB trophy's to town?

The T.O - Romo relationship through the air is what gave this Cowboy team the best chance of winning football games, not this 3 headed running attack ball control offense we're trying to run.

I'm sorry, but what point are you trying to prove? Or are you just trying to disprove ours? Are you saying that the team without T.O is more successful? More explosive? Better?

Because if thats it, your WRONG.

Very true. But do you not agree that he brought a bad element to this team with all the media distractions? Even if they weren't his fault (that's a separate argument) they did exist and they circled around him.

Frankly, I don't think this team is anywhere mentally tough enough to have dealt with another season of what they endured last year drama-wise. Heck, they weren't tough enough to handle it last year. If this were the Lakers with Phil Jackson in charge or the Patriots with Belichick, I don't think I'd have wanted him gone. I'd have had confidence the team could deal with his personality. Not so with what we have.

That didn't lose the game sir. Romo was DIRECTLY involved in a Cowboy playoff failure. TO hands are clean of that one buddy. Blame the rain.

It would be if our QB could complete anything.
