All I have to say about this article, is wow. Everyone should read it.

It makes me wonder if almost every player has some kind of great story like this to where it gets to the point scouts cant single out players based on the intangible criteria mentioned in the article (leadership qualities displayed his entire life, work ethic, good character, great role models, etc)

If Daks story is unusual then its astounding to me that he didn't go much higher in the draft, especially considering the importance and value of the position he plays.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Any article from BTB is like your childhood blankie. Soft, cuddly. Makes you feel good, but does not inspire a whole lot of thought.

It is not an article from BTB. So you didn't read it did you? You couldn't without clicking the link and going to a site that isn't BTB.

Great story. Thanks for sharing. With that much support, grounding, hardwork and study, I'm thinking he's not going to be your ordinary rookie quarterback. Heck, even though it's highly improbable, I wouldn't be surprised if he throws/runs for four touchdowns against the Giants in his first regular season game.
Oh...Dakota"s coming to play...and so is the rest of his squad.:starspin:

Half way thru the article right about the paragraph were Dak boxed up his Wii for the daughter of one of his moms coworkers....the tears started....******....who posted this article.

The text he is going to sit down and compose to his mother tomorrow will definitely be something to have us all "feeling some type of way"

I wish nothing but success for Dak and I hope it comes in Dallas.....
At this point we need to give him Tony"s job and call it a day.

Tony can get a share of the brand new Ford Center Star.

Dak has been through rough times in his life, I know exactly how that feels. No NFL game is going to phase this guy, and he won't be quivering in his boots at facing teams. He is going to come out on that field and give to anyone he faces, the guy is a winner as it's clear as day. This is not just a Qb that is a few game wonder, this guy is the real deal.
Huddle House is below Waffle House. That article was so visual. If he takes us to the SB.????...what a movie. Damn Jerry.:starspin:
