and the year after lol .. And like I said right now we've already been past free agency we're already through training camp almost in the preseason his trade value in my opinion there'll be more people wanting him next year when they're building their teams early... The only person on this team right now that has all the leverage is Prescott he's got no franchise tag no trade clauses he's got everything in his contract that says he will be a free agent and he showed up that's my point this city lamb one of the only players that didn't show up for camp looking for a new deal I mean most of them at least showed up even if they didn't start participating they all showed up and most of them got paid already I mean Brandon iuke is going through the same thing but he showed up the problem here is I know that lamb's gonna get a new deal from the Cowboys and he should too and I don't need him to be practicing right now and getting hurt however I find it odd he hadn't at least reported talk to the ownership maybe he doesn't participate in practice soft tissue injury needs to workout get in shape blah blah blah instead of this drama that we're seeing every day in social media there's at least five stories on city Land's situation which hasn't changed in a month it's the same and we're talking about it here the man will get paid but I guarantee game one he'll be here suited up new deal or not he is not gonna keep losing this kind of money he's on the books for $1 million a game let that sink in... I believe if he's holds out preseason games as well he's gonna already be about 1,000,000 in in fines and it's gonna keep building but there is no way he's gonna not suit up for game one and lose his free agency status as well I don't know the rules on that but I believe you have to at least play 10 games.. This is why I'm not worried the man will show up for game one and as long as he like Chris Jones did end up getting signed right before the season but either way as long as he's in practice getting ready for the Browns that's all I care about right now but I am not worried about losing lamb or Parsons they are locked in...

Prescott's the only one that has all the leverage they can't do anything with him but either give him his money or he gets to choose his future..
Dak, Lamb, Parsons, bland, they all have leverage. But that doesn't mean anything if the team doesn't want to keep them. All we know is that Lamb and Dak got offers. Will they take them? If not, will Dallas be willing to counter, or were those offers take it or leave it? We don't know this. Both Lamb and Dak can say, this is what we'll get in FA. Pay us, or we'll go to FA. I think that's where it stands right now.

They don't they're not gonna sit out you can use the franchise tag the transition tag none of them right now have leverage except for Prescott that's it stop acting like they have leverage they're not gonna lose all this money they're not going to sit out real games... Wrong they can't get to free agency through the franchise tag they could be tagged twice they have no leverage except for the holdout right now and they're gonna end up coming back one way or the other when you get that through your head that franchise tags don't give the player leverage yeah get some paid for one more year but if this is about long term comfort and consistency getting a big deal not just the money they have no leverage in that because they'll just get paid for one year at a time.. There is no collusion going on and at least Prescott is a leader on this team he showed up for work even though he's on a one year deal with no future guarantees he can end up fracturing his ankle again but he came here as a man and as a leader and lamb is the only one one of the only ones in the NFL that didn't actually report even if he didn't practice most of the other players that were looking for new money all showed up all of them that's not a good look for him and I don't like it even though I understand and I get it....

Hill showed up got paid, Love showed up got paid, Ayuk showed up a deals is in the works trade or new deal, I mean who right now other than Lamb is true no show no report hold out??

I'm going to say this again ,

he has no leverage!!! he has to play this year, or he loses his free agency status,

you do understand that right you can't sit out a year and then still be a free agent you have to play I believe it's at least 10 games he will play for us this year new contract or old he's not losing all that money and his free agency status just to be tagged the next year....

it doesn't make sense that you keep arguing this point the man has zero leverage except for right now he's posturing that's it that's his leverage but he's losing $1,000,000 already ,and he's not going to lose $1,000,000 a game he's about to lose what leverage he had up to this point.....

See here's the problem even lamb and now some fan base I think this is some actual leverage when it's perceived leverage he's about to lose all that because he's gonna have to play and he's not gonna allow these fines to keep stacking up and it have to show up anyway.. He had leverage up to this point but it's disappearing it's only perceived leverage and again he's losing it understand the rules.
