Bradie James: Philip Rivers was calling our defense out

Bradie said that Rivers knew the Cowboys defense so well that he was calling out the Cowboys defenses and line stunts before the play.

Doesn't look like Wade changed much about his defense since leaving San Diego.

hmmm...so if Rivers was calling out the play at the LOS, isn't it James' responsibility to change the play since he's the "leader" on defense? Or should be talk to the media about it?

He does it to other teams too. This just in, he's pretty good, even though the ball looks like it weighs 20 pounds when he throws it, but it gets there.

While crappy, the defense dell well enough today.

Except when it matters.

They may have a nice stat line, but they absolutely folded when we needed them most.

It has become their routine and it is why there needs to be serious core changes on defense.

Why would Wade change his "bread and butter" that has made him a respected DC? What did you expect Wade to do differently in a weeks time?

Did anyone really wonder if the Chargers were going to drive right down the field and score again once we tied it at 10? I had no doubt we were going to give up that drive. We always fold when it matters.

So Rivers is calling out our defensive play before the snap.

Does this really surprise anybody???

Wade has turned this team into a freaking joke.

Well ****, they are needed most damn near all game because the offense is ****ing inept.

Look at the last few weeks, the offense has been sandbagging the entire team.

The offense starts so slow week in and week out that the defense is forced to into a situation where they cannot give up anything or the team will be trailing.

What was even worse is that they let a team without a running game chew up enough time to put the game out of reach when they got the ball with 7 minutes left.

That was probably worse than the fact that they gave up an easy touchdown to be honest.

WP should have mixed things up and thrown in a few more LB blitzes. They worked oh so well we we ran them.:banghead:

yeah, for half the game...the other half (first and fourth quarters) they were terrible.

the defense folded like a house of cards (again) once we tied the score

We scored on our opening possesion, then allowed SD to answer for 90 yards including giving up a 3rd and 12 on SD's own 10 yard line.

We go 99 yards for a TD, and then allow SD to answer again, with ANOTHER completion on 3rd and 12, after an offsides pushed it back 5 yards from 3rd and 7.

The defense folds when it matters and it kills all momentum this team has.
