Brandon Weeden now has thrown for the exact same number of yards this season as Tony Romo (551)

That's what I've been saying.

Obviously, I don't think Weeden is better than Romo or anywhere in the same galaxy. But, his performance has been incredibly efficient this season. He ranks 7th in the LEAGUE in FootballOutsiders.com's DVOA rankings.

The problems we've had in the past 2 games are far more defense related. It's not even remotely close.

The defense has been a big part. Not stopping teams and not getting turnovers
But the offense not being able to run the ball has a lot to do with no team being scared of Weeden beating them with the pass

Passer rating is a great stat, being held hostage in this case by a tiny sample.

All of those guys had more attempts at that point than Weeden has so far.
