I was sick when I saw him fumble that recovery. I had flashbacks to SD giving the ball back to NE on a fumble after a pick a few years back and Brady taking that 2nd chance for the game winning score. I was in disbelief/disgusted when Lawrence didn't just go down. However, he did what T-Will had done earlier in the game. He made up for a negative play with a positive one. That game-sealing sack, FF, FR was a thing of beauty. He went after Stafford with venom and ended the game. He flashed today. Hopefully he and Spencer can continue to get some pressure off the edges for the rest of the postseason while Crawford and Mincey keep doing their thing.

I was very frustrated over the media's harping on that questionable call/no-call after the game, but I'm over that garbage. WE WON BABY! In clutch fashion no less! Enjoy this victory Cowboys Nation and let the haters cry themselves to sleep!

Game like this can give him the confidence he needs to start playing like he belongs......and I also felt like wringing his neck when he fumbled the fumble. Glad he redeemed himself. We can use his pass rushing right about now.

His goal was 10 sacks this year, but if he was gonna only have one sack all year up to now the timing couldn't be more perfect...

His strip sack, fumble recovery was worth eleven sacks!

My brother and I scared the entire apartment by how loud and long we were screaming about him fumbling that ball.

I gotta give the fans the credit for a lot of that.

Our entire defense was inspired by the crowd.

Spencer, Mincey, Crawford, and Lawrence were all playing at a high level.

Bruce Carter was unfreakingbelievable.

The safeties were our only real problem yesterday.

Yep...but Wilcox delivered some vituperative remarks to him following the first one he lost. That man was hoppin' mad. So happy Lawrence could make amends...this could jump-start him. The kind of game that is not easily forgotten. Redemption...nothing sweeter for a man in my opinion. Joe Buck's best quote of the game...and maybe allegorical the way they started the game. 59 minutes in purgatory...the final one in heaven! Sweet.

I just hope that was the spark to get him going, I know he has missed a lot of time this year and is trying to get up to speed. I think a play like yesterday can go a long way in getting his confidence up

Great play at the end.

I take back what I said about him a few plays earlier.

I still don't take back what I said at the time that it was about as bone headed of a play you can make at the time. In that situation, you just fall on the ball. He was a young player in a huge game wanting to be the hero, when in reality, he already was just recovering the ball.

But I'm glad he redeemed himself a few players later.

This was one more meaningful sack than I ever remember Ware getting his whole career here. Good job Lawrence!

I see him getting 3 each for the next 3 games which is his goal of 10--PERFECT!

That play was ALL WILL.... He played out of his head on that sack FUMBLE!

To add:

I think what made me think... He may have something was the fact that many wanted to bench him after 1 or 2 games lol

True, I saw someone here last night say it should be instinct, from high school on, to just fall on the ball in that situation, so this might mean Dlaw is just not a smart player. This might be why he is having trouble making an impact. Hopefully the other guys will get him straightened out, because judging by that speed rush on the last play, he does have some skill.
