i was impressed with Steele's draft show with John Owning (Dallas Morning News) and that allowed me to tag and remind me of some interior and
edge players to keep a watch for come draft time. ..
Will keep an eye for FA list for DT.
yeh i still regret passing on the likes of Tyranny Mathieu, Malcolm Brown, Logan Ryan, that i thought shouldve been looked at but of course thats gone by news now .
- I'm in the minority here but i actually like the thought of signing vet Richard Sherman on an incentive laden one year or two year deal
and moving/trying him out at free safety with our single high coverage. ..it's been proven that once great CBs on the aging decline have
rejuvenated careers with moves to safety ala Rod and Charles Woodson, and Aneas Williams.
i dunno what will gonna become of 4th rd pick Reggie Robinson, and how the new staff thinks of him.
- Usually i'm so ho-hum discouraged by Stephen's FA spree, that i always anticipate its' gonnna be another bargain based hunting.
but on paper, this past year initially i admit that I was totally down and actually encouraged with what he did with Everson Griffin, Poe McCoy, Aldon Smith and
Ha Ha Clinton Dix. ... again on paper it did look promising looking thru the window, given the resumes of past pro bowlers,..while adding new draft gems to that FA 2020 mix.
- Of course it didn't work out at all the way across the board. Much were players end up proving that they were just done and on fumes- or misued in this bad coaching regime, imo. .
