The defense was absolutely pathetic and was really bad the last month or so. If only one has to go it's got to be Quinn.

If that means Dak and McCarthy another year, so be it but don't extend neither one. Next year is the last year of Daks contract I believe

It is. But I think he's due to make something like 60 million for next season if we don't cut him by the deadline.

Brother, we need the Playmaker to come light a fire under everyone's butt. Did you see his post-game reaction video? He has more passion for the :star: than all the current players combined. He knew what meant to be a Cowboy.

He is the reason we won championships in the 90s.

You need guys like that on the team to win championships. Who is that guy right now on Dallas.......

Jerry wont listen
Hes likely bringing back Mccarthy and Dak and laying the blame on defense
:hammer: ......This is what it looks like when the front office doesn't have answers. They got nothing. They don't know what to do.

Sadly....a real GM would have pulled the plug 1 hour after that playoff loss. Hell....if it was me...McCarthy wouldn't have even come out after halftime. Just send the team that message...heads are gonna roll.

Instead....you got a group ....players/coaches...and Jerry and family hoping this will all blow over....run it back again.

Well....I got news for everyone...You can't run this thing back. You just can't. The ugly truth has been exposed. There is no fixing this with....we will get them next time. Because this was the next time. This was it....

Now is the time to face reality...and rip the band-aid.

Just do it Jerry....

Absolutely not
Dak has been a HUGE part of the problem
This is not a 1 game issue, over 8 years starting, Dak has gone through multiple OCs and HCs and 3-4 different offensive systems and he had the worst playoff record among all QBs starting 5 or more playoff games

Dak is a big part of the problem and we need to move on

I’m fine with moving on from Mike but I don’t think it’s that simple. It’s way more nuanced and isn’t so black and white, lots of grey area here

Jerry’s next move will show everyone how serious this organization is about winning.

Period.
In a year when Bill Belichick, Jim Harbaugh, and Nick Saban are all available, to stick with McCarthy is very Jerry Jones like.

It was one thing not to get Sean Payton, but I don't see the excuses now.

I think MM will voluntarily step down citing health and missing family time. Jerry will pre-arrange it. Jerry won't need to fire him.

Even football fans that aren't football fans are putting things out there?

What are those? But I agree with him. Blow this whole thing up. Blow it all to pieces.

Your right. We need to consider if MM wants to coach here anymore in the biggest fishbowl there is. Many never think of that aspect. He might be tired from it. Its not as simple as Jerry making a decision. MM must as well. Thats my hunch.

yeah this is the 1st option. but i dont know if everyone will be OK with that.

2nd option is blow up coaching staff which people will be Great with but the team is not going to be the same and record WILL be different could be worse or better

That is a very strong possibility. Waiting for the torches and pitchforks to be put away and stored for the next event, and proclaiming the replacement of DQ will satisfy everyone so he can go back to his yacht and guzzling his JWB in peace.

Same crap show next season folks

The only way is to stop watching this circus show. It'll free up Sunday for me. There's not any 'player acquisition' I see they can make this offseason that will have any real effect. This team was flat out not prepared and that goes on coaching... but mike is jerry's buddy, so no change and we know our ceiling. 2nd round at most

Lol…I like what you did there but no MM is hoping and praying he can stay here most likely
