If it weren't for the 3 straight 12 win seasons and the best regular stretch we've had in a long time I think it would be an easy decision to make for Jerry. Personally, I think what happens with Belichick likely becomes the biggest determining factor of Jones moving on from McCarthy.

Baldinger is right that you can't run it back as is so I expect there will be changes, just not sure it comes at head coach.

After another playoff flop - arguably the worst in team history - no one is going to care about the Cowboys' season. They could go 15-2 and all it will be is "let's see what they do in the playoffs," and the team knows it.

Agreed. I think we’d be better off stumbling into the playoffs at 9-8 with injuries, on the road in the winter weather, no expectations.
