Whoever it is has to design the offense around Dak. That means if all those curl routes were installed because they are easier throws for Dak then whoever comes in here will put in a lot of curl routes too. They should try to get Kitna back to work with Dak.

Fans complained about too many curls routes when Romo was the QB...

Wouldn't they have to either give him the job or let him out of the contract?

They cannot both not hire him and not let anybody else hire him. That can't be legal.

i'm gonna trust that like anyone else...they self evaluate and try to learn from what worked and what didn't.
i don't know anyone who doesn't do a self inventory.
theres currently just as much reason he learned from past failures as there is he will call the exact same plays as he did last time he was an o.c. in seattle.
hc mike mccarthy and dc dan quinn are examples of 2 guys who learned from past mistakes as coaches.
and we're benefiting from it.

Not the sexiest or freshest name to get excited over but 90% of the coordinators they choose if they have a new one will probably have people complaining here.

Virtually any new hire we make will have a tough time beating the numbers moore put up. The hope is the feel for the game and new looks for other teams is better

now after 2 playoff exits...maybe he's about to change things schematicly.

I’m not sure schottenheimers offenses in Seattle were actually that bad. He had some of the best rushing teams in the league, led the league in 2018. I think people just put him in the retread category and assume he’s terrible. The guy was one of the hottest up and coming coordinators just a few years ago.
