To each their own. I expect the #2 WR to be better than a 4th or 5th option. If the RB is more appealing to throw to than the #2 WR, that's not a good sign about the WR corps, IMO.Why should the 2nd wr by default be more appetizing than the slot receiver or the right end? Is it because of the 2 in the name?
How about this then for our hierarchy.
Outside WR1 > TE1 > Slot WR1 > RB1 > Outside WR2
